Hotels in Hakuba

"Ein wunderschönes Hotel mitten in Hakuba. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, und ohne Auto ist es etwas mühsam, in die Stadt oder die Umgebung zu gelangen. Wir haben es aber sehr genossen, im Hotel zu entspannen. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht (Abendessen inklusive). Super praktisch, da sich der Skiverleih direkt im Hotel befindet und Shuttlebusse zu den Skigebieten angeboten werden. Onsen: Frisch renoviert und fantastisch! Frühstück und Abendessen: Wir waren vom Abendessen positiv überrascht – es war ein 6-Gänge-Menü mit japanisch-französischen Einflüssen. Wir haben jeden Abend hervorragend gegessen. Hoteleigener Skiverleih: Es ist gut, dass es einen im Hotel gibt. Der Service war jedoch verbesserungswürdig. Ich habe ein Snowboard gemietet und nach einem Regular-Stance-Setup gefragt. Der junge Mann hat mir aber ein Goofy-Stance-Setup gegeben. Das ist mir erst am nächsten Tag aufgefallen, nachdem ich das Board zurückgebracht hatte – und derselbe junge Mann war nicht mehr im Verleih. Ich wandte mich an den Concierge, dessen Mitarbeiter das Problem dann sehr ungeduldig und frustrierend für mich lösten. Transport zum Skigebiet: Ich bat die Mitarbeiter, uns ein Taxi zum Bahnhof Nagano für unsere Abreise am nächsten Tag zu buchen. Das hoteleigene Taxiunternehmen war ausgebucht, daher konnten sie nichts tun. Wir fragten nach Alternativen. Der Concierge schlug einen Shuttlebus zum Bahnhof Nagano vor, sagte aber kurz darauf, dass dies nicht möglich sei, da der Hotelshuttle nicht so früh fahre. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten wenig hilfsbereit und schienen auch nicht genau zu wissen, wie Gäste das Hotel verlassen. Mein Tipp für zukünftige Reisende: Planen Sie im Voraus – buchen Sie Taxi/Bus im Voraus und verlassen Sie sich nicht auf die Hilfe des Hotels."

"This hotel is beyond my imagination. OMG ! The place was so amazing I chose Chalet with my family member 8 persons. They really in love with the place and all speak the same that we will definitely come back again ! The owner has a service to bring you to the supermarket at 4 pm everyday. That's awesome we can do cooking and enjoy precious meals with our family. There are not many houses here so it is the best option for anyone who looking for the cozy places and can also enjoy the wonderful snowy view. Thank you Ms. Hana to take care of us along the stay ! :)))"

From check-in to check-out, she was consistently helpful and professional. In particular, she assisted us with booking a bus and later arranging a taxi, always handling our requests with efficiency and a warm attitude. Her support made our stay smooth and enjoyable. "The hotel was cozy and close to happo-one resort, the happo bus station, and a few ski/snowboard equipment rentals. I stayed in a traditional tatami room - I enjoy sleeping on the mats with just a comforter but there were mattresses available in the closet for those who prefer it. The best part of my stay was the customer service. I had to drop some luggage off before check-in to hit the slopes, and when I returned, not only was my room ready for me, my luggage was taken up as well. In the evening another staff member enthusiastically help me set up the ironing machine as I needed to quickly steam a shirt, and provided recommendations on places to eat. Highly recommend a stay at great value"

"We had an amazing 2N stay at Ringo Lodge! Room was ok size for 3 pax, service was great and breakfast was basic but decent. The place is well kept and easy to get to with a car. The only thing we needed to get used to was the shared toilet/shower arrangement. The shower was spacious and had an open air bath which was really nice, especially after a long day! There is only 1 toilet for each gender, toilet does not have a heater, so can be quite cold in Winter months."

"Wir lieben Hakuba so sehr auch in der grünen Saison. Ich freue mich auf einen Besuch in der Winter- und Grünen Saison wieder! Der Empfangsmann ist freundlich. Ein- und Auschecken waren schnell und hartnäckig kostenlos.Das Zimmer ist groß. Wir bleiben nur eine Nacht hier. Aber freuen uns auf die Rückkehr nach Hakuba in der grünen Saison und Winter. Sie müssen mindestens 3 Nächte dort verbringen! Fahrt wird empfohlen, um Hakuba zu erkunden."

"Room is quite old but clean. There were dinner and breakfast dinner included which were authentic japanese food. We love spending time here. The view was so stunning."

"Der Preis für die Schneesaison ist teur. Das große Schlafzimmer ist 5000+, das Gaza-Sänge ist mehr als 300. Das Hotel ist mit vier Sternen gekennzeichnet, aber mit Google-Suchmarkierungen sind Samsung. Nicht die örtlichen Japaner arbeiten. Die Gesundheitsumwelt ist wirklich sehr allgemein. Die Große Bodenhalle ist gepflastert. Es gibt flockende Haare im Becken, die Wäsche sind überall gepflastert. Die Adresse des Zimmers ist verwendet, aber die Saugstuhl ist nicht vollständig, die Pulverallergie muss noch mit einem Mundschlauch tragen und der Reinigungsmittel öffnen, um sich zu bequemen. Das Frühstück ist ganz europäischer Art, es gibt keine japanische Suppe und so weiter, und es ist vor allem kalt. Ich wollte mit einem Kochmaschine fertig werden, sobald ich den Boden voll befüllt habe, war es schwarz. Am Tag der Reception hat man auch 15 Minuten versprochen, und es wartete 30 Minuten, um wieder anzurufen, dass es andere Dinge auf der Straße verzögert waren. Nicht empfohlen, wenn Sie ein Weißer Pferd anbieten möchten, andere Hotels zu bestimmen."

"Hotel La Vigne Hakuba was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel has a beautiful minimalist design and feels clean, cozy, and very welcoming. Both the lobby and rooms were pleasantly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The concierge team was extremely helpful and the overall service throughout the stay was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with a very functional layout. The bedding was also very comfortable. The hotel also provides excellent facilities for skiers, including a dedicated storage and locker room for ski equipment, as well as a separate shower room where guests can freshen up and change after skiing on the day of check-out. Overall, a fantastic stay at Hotel La Vigne Hakuba — highly recommended."

"We have stayed at this hotel for the past two Decembers. Overall, it is reasonably priced, conveniently located near the ski resorts, and has a bus shuttle stop right in front that runs between the hotel and the ski areas. The onsen is a great bonus, especially after a day of skiing. However, I must say that the breakfast is not as good as last year, and the service has declined slightly compared to our previous stay. The open-air onsen is not as clean as before, and the indoor onsen also shows signs of neglect, with used towels piled in the corner."
