"Auf der May Day Expressway gab es einen starken Stau, also verließ ich die Schnellstraße im Voraus, stornierte die Hotelreservierung in Xinchang und buchte dann blind die Kaiyuan Famous City in Haining, von der ich nicht erwartet hatte, dass sie ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet für Geld! Der Portier half beim Öffnen und Schließen der Autotür und holte das Gepäck ab. Wang Cui beantragte ein kostenloses Kinderfrühstück für uns. Die Kellner im Frühstücksraum, Lu Yiqin und Shen Mingfen, waren auch sehr nett und brachten Wasser und Milch. Die Hotelpreise stiegen während des 1. Mai nicht wesentlich an. Haining hat viele Touristenattraktionen und viele Parkplätze, was es perfekt für einen Stadtspaziergang macht. Ich habe hier zwei angenehme Nächte verbracht!"

"We had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding — the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, which set the tone for the rest of the experience.
The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was luxurious, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary teas and neatly arranged toiletries.
The food was another highlight of our stay — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We still think about the pastries!

"I was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was. I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am. "

GGastnutzer酒店周邊環境不錯，位置靠近海昌地鐵站（步行距離大概15分鐘），購物也方便，斜對面有生活超市。自助早餐品類不多，品質大眾化。在入住後期間，其中有個晚上停電大概停電2個小時（晚上8點到晚上10點），當時看向窗外，停電的原因估計是區域性範圍，當時打開房間門，走廊都是漆黑的，沒有應急燈（不知道這個情況有沒有符合消防器材規定），會不會存在安全隱患？個人覺得是沒有安全感的。當時住的在9樓，停電期間，沒有看到有酒店工作人員實施相關的通知或提示工作，因為當時是在房間裏面，突然間就停電了（第一次遇到酒店停電這個情況），我們也不知道發生了什麼事情（導致突然停電），如果手機沒電開不了手電筒的話，整個環境都是漆黑的（影響入住體驗），後面通電之後,有酒店工作人員過來送個小禮物致歉，整體來説，性價比還行！

GGastnutzer房間很棒，舒服，很安靜。設施好，很方便。入住當天前台的溝通效率也很高，一下就辦理完了。但是今天中午我們點了外賣，我們並沒有收到，音響撥號問了前台，前台説機器人剛上去。過了十分鐘還是沒等到，再次聯繫前台，前台説沒有看到外賣，讓我們自己下去看一下。後來外賣員聯繫了另一個人才説前台有一個。本來12點30就能吃上飯。後來都要退房了，我們就自己下去吃了，1點多才吃上飯。真的很無語。音響從始至終都沒響過提醒我們收餐，真的懷疑有沒有讓機器人送了。中午的這個服務的確很差勁，不如之前的。總之，設備這些沒話説，性價比很不錯，但是服務質量就是抽獎了，時好時壞。

BBaihuaSFDie Lage ist hervorragend, um die Gezeiten zu beobachten, und Sie können vom Zimmer aus die erste Flutlinie sehen. Die Aussichtsplattform im zweiten Stock ist am nächsten und hat die beste Lage. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige hundert Meter vom Yanguan Tide Watching Park entfernt, aber die Brücke über diesen Durchgang wird derzeit gebaut, sodass Menschen und Fahrzeuge nicht durchkommen und nur einen Umweg machen können. Ohne Auto ist es fast unmöglich, sich fortzubewegen. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Essen im Restaurant ist gut und das Frühstück abwechslungsreich.

FFengzhetang就在觀潮公園正對面，近的很。（觀潮公園早上7：30之前免費進，可以趁着人少去裏面幾個小景點打卡，晚上可以散步）周邊飯店不少，距離紫薇冷飲400米吧大概。
賓館本身衞生很好，空調給力（好像不插電卡也可以用）電視不大，有免費頻道，小孩子看個動畫片沒問題。
對於觀潮有不懂的問老闆就好了，還可以找本地司機追潮（好像可以看三種潮水）。
