Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

Good location, next to a big shopping mall, 10 mins walk from Chengxi railway station. Breakfast is good, Good service from David, hotel provide shutter to airport but my flight at night and already out from shutter schedule time, David help to book didi to airport with no charge and pay by hotel.

這真的是一家寶藏酒店，全家人都給出了五星好評，絕對值得推薦！我們下次來海口還會選擇住在這裏。 服務：小林管家為我們辦理了入住，安排了温馨舒適的房間，還主動提供了周到温馨的各種訊息和幫助。保衞部貼心地將我們車的前後擋風玻璃都擦乾淨了，並留下了問候的卡片，有温度的服務往往都體現在細節裏，點贊👍 衞生：房間、走廊的衞生真的超級棒，我是對入住衞生要求比較高的，但這裏真的滿足了我的高標準，為保潔部點贊👍 設施：2024年的新酒店，從大堂、餐廳、走廊、房間，所有的設施都很新、有品質且乾淨得體，特別是房間，乾淨、明亮、有品質，有單獨的客廳、房間，滿足家庭成員分區活動休息的需求。 餐飲：酒店的早餐非常豐富、有品質且美味，補菜非常及時充足，環境佈置裝飾也很雅緻，全家用餐都很愉快。 環境：酒店周邊出行、購物、吃飯都非常方便，酒店自有停車場，入住時提供車牌號，可以免費停車。酒店附近有家海口很火的老爸茶 — 聚福安，非常不錯，值得推薦！

酒店就在寮村，出門就是沙灘海邊，我們定了海景房一眼看海，晚上看日落。老闆很熱情，前台小姐姐很nice。酒店也是寵物友好酒店，老闆自己養了小寶貝黑豆🐶跟我們的狗🐶兩個小夥伴一起在海邊玩耍，離開時兩位小朋友還捨不得。可惜這次旅程最後一天才發現這個地方，太適合慢下來待2天放空，以後如果再來海口我會直接選擇。

公司出差選擇國興大道附近酒店，看到今年新開的就定這裏了，沒想到有驚喜。 位置：酒店很好找，在富力首府最高樓，交通方便，酒店停車也很方便，免費。 客房：房間燈光舒適，乾淨沒有異味，裝修風格很喜歡，智能馬桶不錯，因為樓層很高，窗外風景很美，重點是迷你吧的飲料和啤酒是免費的。 服務：需求響應快，要什麼東西很快就送來了，應該是專門培訓過，還給送了歡迎水果，雖然很簡單但是很精緻。 餐飲：餐廳在53樓景色好，餐廳的種類很豐富，有當地特色的醃海南粉和抱羅粉，餐廳的服務員會很熱情的打招呼問好。 總而言之，一次愉快的酒店入住，體驗感超出預期了，下次來海口就選這家了。

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe dem Westshui Strand! Saubere hygienische, großer Raum, mit einem Leitungsschrank, Waschmaschine-Kühlschrank, Frühstück ist auch gut! Der Service ist auch sehr gut! Es gibt nicht viel zu essen in der Umgebung, man kann auch den Verkauf an das Zentrum von Südlicht nehmen, es gibt Huhn, schmutziges Feuer, McDonald Lockwood!

After Sanya, I headed to Haikou and stayed at the InterContinental Haikou Seaview. The hotel is located along the scenic Binhai Road, offering stunning views of the Qiongzhou Strait. The location was perfect, with easy access to a park connector and a mall. I loved taking evening strolls here; it was so peaceful and windy, which I enjoyed. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were professional and attentive. My room was spacious and modern, with a large window offering panoramic sea views. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the toilet made getting ready and unwinding for the day luxurious! Yes, they have a bidet in the bathroom. The only downside was the weak air conditioner, so we slept with the balcony open. I also wished they provided bath salts or bath bombs to enhance the bathtub experience. Overall, this was my favorite hotel in Haikou. It’s slightly away from the main attractions, but it’s perfect for relaxation, eating, and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!
