Whenever I had questions about local attractions or needed assistance with reservations, he responded promptly with helpful, What stood out most was he proactive willingness to assist: one evening, when I encountered a small issue with my room, he resolved it swiftly and followed up personally to ensure I was satisfied.On check-out, leaving a lasting positive impression. 去海口出差，住到了一家體驗超棒的寶藏酒店，必須給五星好評！聽説這家酒店之前定位是五星級呢。確實房間設施，撐的起五星級設施。 酒店位置絕佳，離火車東站超近，打車幾乎就是起步價。周邊有超棒的龍湖天街購物廣場 ，吃喝玩樂一站式搞定，無論是出差還是旅行都非常便利。 酒店服務更是無可挑剔。辦理入住時，前台員工微笑相迎，細緻地介紹各項服務，讓人心裏暖暖的。最讓我驚喜的是酒店提供洗衣服務，對出差遊玩的人來説太友好了。洗完第二天就整整齊齊送回房間，完全解決了我的後顧之憂，這服務水準，妥妥的五星級體驗！ 300左右的房價，我沒對早餐抱太大期望，結果卻被狠狠驚艷了一番！種類豐富，味道也相當不錯。下次去海口，這家酒店必須還是我的首選！🌿🌹🌹👍🌸

I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

服務超好，超貼心，前台的小姐姐還幫忙洗衣服，外賣送酒店有機器人送上樓，房間環境安靜，隔音效果超好，設施設備齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，落地窗採光超棒，室內環境很有設計感，門面裝潢很特別很讓人喜歡，前台還有免費咖啡喝哦，整體的設施都非常齊全，智能客控，特別適合我這懶人，電視可以投屏，12樓還有健身房，這真是健身人士的福音呀。早餐豐盛的，種類很多，餐廳服務員特別親切，還幫忙煮麪。周邊環境也不錯，周邊逛街方便有友誼陽光城及萬象城，出行也特別方便。

Excellent place for layovers, it's close to Meilan International Airport and the hotel offers free 24hr transfers to/from there. The staff was very accommodating and made my experience with the language barrier non-existent. The room I had was smart home equipped (Dudu), most things can be controlled via voice-commands like the air-con and lights. Being close to the airport has its drawbacks however, you need to travel a fair bit to reach town, and amenities are fairly limited around there.

Die Gesamtausstattung des Hotels ist sauber und ordentlich, die Auswahl an Speisen ist reichhaltig und der Service ist vorhanden. Ich war schon mehrere Male in Haikou und es ist das zufriedenstellendste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Insbesondere das kleine Mädchen namens Yun an der Rezeption hat eine tolle Einstellung, einen aufmerksamen Service und beantwortet alle Fragen. Als sie erfuhr, dass unser Flug verspätet war, gab sie uns auch das Recht, den Check-out zu verschieben. Sie lobte sie Namen und gab ihr eine Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung! !

Das Frühstück im Hotel ist in der Regel gut, das Essen ist in einer guten Umgebung und es gibt einen Kaffee. Die Umgebung des Zimmers ist ruhig und günstig für den Schlaf. Der Hotelbedienstete ist enthusiastisch und aufmerksam, reagiert schnell und kann das Problem rechtzeitig lösen. Der Hotelpreis ist hoch und der Zimmertyp ist kostenlos aktualisiert. Empfehlung: Da der Gast bereits eine Störung eingestellt hat, sollte er nicht zufällig eingehen. Die Empfehlung kann im Gästezimmer ＂ Bitte Stör ＂ Marken liefern.
