This new, secluded, rear condo is situated a short walk from the beach, across the street from the historic Whalehead Club, Corolla Park, and Corolla Light Town Center, which is located directly behind the community. In addition, the Outer Banks 4x4 Beach access is 3 minutes away. This brand-new community has a pool and cabanas for rent (in season). The unit is a short walk from the pool and the beach. The unit consists of 2 bedrooms both with new king size beds, a queen size sleeper sofa, 2 full bathrooms that include a starter kit with shampoo, conditioner and soap. The fully stocked, large kitchen is set for all of your cooking needs and includes dishwashing and laundry tabs. The kitchen has a large center island with plenty of seating. Families can crab and fish from the piers or rent kayaks, paddleboards, or jet skis from local companies. A starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, and soap will be enough to get you started for your stay but you may need to purchase more. The club house and all other community amentities are located across highway 12 on South Harbor Vw.
