"This hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!"

No.1, the air conditioner all around the room was not cooling well all the time. It’s hard to fall asleep with no sweats at the middle of night.
No.2, the projector has a bad function in use. It’s totally hard to get connected with your phone or any other smart devices, which means you just have to watch limited programs, not free to choose whatever you want.
No.3, the toilet was not crashing well. Be a little concerned about doing a poopoo.

KKL1234Ich war bei meiner Frau und meinem Sohn hier, während ich die Familie besuchte und hatte eine tolle Erfahrung. Ich war zunächst ein wenig zögerlich, weil wir in der Regel mit Marriott Eigenschaften halten, aber dieser Ort überstieg die Erwartungen und ehrlich gesagt fühlte sich besser als viele Marriott Hotels, auf denen wir geblieben haben.
Das Hotel fühlt sich brandneu, sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Waschzimmer war ein enormes Plus für uns, vor allem mit einem Kind reisen. Das Frühstück war bequem und schmackhaft, so dass wir nicht einmal das Gebäude am Morgen verlassen mussten. Es gibt auch einen Komfortladen direkt um die Ecke, der die Dinge noch einfacher machte.
Was wirklich herauskam, war das Personal. Das Empfangsteam war unglaublich freundlich und hilfreich, vor allem, wenn mein Sohn eine emotionale Moment hatte. Trotz der Sprachbarriere waren die Ein- und Auscheckung mit einer offline Übersetzung App reibungslos.
Ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben.

Die Rezeption erhält warm und aufmerksam und der Aufenthalt ist auch mit einem willkommenen Fruchtplatte verbunden. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, der Kulturplatz im Zentrum der Stadt, umgeben von Geschäften und vielen Mahlzeiten, ist die erste Wahl für Geschäftsreisen und persönliche Reisen

GGastnutzerEs hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Diese neu eröffnete Privatunterkunft bietet Einrichtungen, die mit denen eines 4,5-Sterne-Hotels vergleichbar sind. Da es Nebensaison war, hat der Besitzer das Zimmer mit Seeblick modernisiert. Die Terrasse liegt zum Yishui-See. Im Sommer gibt es einen Infinity-Pool mit herrlicher Aussicht. Die Privatunterkunft verfügt über ein Billardzimmer, einen Tischtennisraum, Karaoke-TV, ein Kinderspielschloss usw. Es gibt auch einen Dopamin-Innenhof, der sich perfekt für einen Wochenendurlaub mit der Familie eignet. Der Besitzer ist auch sehr nett. Ich wollte Mineralwasser kaufen, aber er hat uns viel davon gegeben. Es war ein sehr zufriedenstellender Urlaub. Es war sehr ruhig, niemand war überfüllt, und die streunenden Katzen waren auch freundlich. Es ist ein Feng-Shui-Schatzland mit einfachen Volksbräuchen. Ich werde im Sommer wiederkommen.

GGastnutzerDies ist das beste Hotel in der Gegend. Hervorragender Service, sehr moderne, saubere und gepflegte Zimmer. Ich kam auf einer Wanderung quer durchs Land in diesem Hotel vorbei und habe meinen Reiseplan extra so angepasst, dass ich mehr Nächte hier verbringen konnte, anstatt weiter auf dem Weg umzuziehen. Die Ausstattung ist jeden Cent wert. Ich habe zehn Jahre in Peking und Hongkong gelebt, und dieses Hotel ist mindestens genauso gut wie die meisten anderen Hotels im Land – wenn nicht sogar besser. Für diesen Preis ist es ein absolutes Schnäppchen.

GGastnutzerBeim Aufenthalt im Hotel ist der Rezeptor-Service für uns ein guter, guter, sorgfältiger Auswahl der Zimmer, die Landschaft ist sehr gut, es gibt drei Fenster im Zimmer, von denen zwei große Fenster sind.
Nachdem wir geblieben waren, saßen wir immer vor dem Fenster und sahen die Landschaft, die Stimmung war sehr komfortabel.
Als ich aus dem Zimmer ging, rief die Rezeption mich an, und es gab einen Champagner im Kühlschrank, ich existierte dort, und ich vergaß, ein paar sauber zu sein.

GGastnutzerDieser Aufenthalt übersteigt wirklich alle Erwartungen. Da Ausländer zum ersten Mal Citadines Baoding besucht haben, konnte die Gesamterfahrung nicht besser gewesen sein es war absolut top-notch 👍.
Von dem Moment an, als wir in die Lobby gingen, wurden wir mit einem Gefühl der Wärme und echte Gastfreundschaft begrüßt. Das Front Desk Personal war unglaublich gedankenvoll und aufmerksam.
Das Hotel bietet auch eine komplimentäre Fruchtplatte, die sehr schön und gedankenvoll war. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet mit einer Kapselkaffeemaschine, und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine im Zimmer, wodurch der Aufenthalt besonders für Familien und längere Besuche bequem ist.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt ist die Zimmerausstattung. Neben dem Schlafzimmer gibt es ein separates kleines Wohnbereich. Dieses Design ist ein großer Plus Mein Mann kann Fernsehsender beobachten oder im Wohnraum arbeiten, ohne meine Ruhe zu stören, was erheblich verbessert Komfort und Privatsphäre.
Insgesamt, ob es die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details auf dem Front Desk, die Komfort und Qualität der Unterkunft, oder die hervorragende Nahrungs- und Getränkeservice war, dieses Hotel wirklich auf allen Fronten geliefert. Es ist absolut eine ideale Wahl für Geschäfts- oder Familienreisen mit Kindern, und wir würden Citadines sehr empfehlen, jemand, der Baoding besucht.

GGastnutzerThe hotel allowed check-in time very late at night (I checked in at about 11:30 pm) and the concierge still functioned well at such a late hour. The bed was really big for a single person. The hotel emphasized that a visitor will be enjoying French life-style in its stay there though there is neither a French word nor French TV program to be found inside the hotel room. I was expunged from the swimming pool on the 4/F solely because I forgot to bring my swimming cap (I had my swimming suit on), and had to cut short my swimming time after my failure to borrow a cap from the staff there. Moreover, the pool water was too cold. The breakfast buffet was good and contained a variety of foodstuffs and drinks of Chinese preferences and origins. However, there was a lack of exotic foodstuffs, e.g. Japanese style, Vietnamese style, European style, etc.
The flash-type French dance, about 15 min. in duration, in the hotel foyer at 6:00 p.m. was extraordinary, attractive and delighting.

GGlenysMThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟
