I stayed at the plams town & country clun from 12th April - 14th April. I had the worst stay experience ever. The staff is rude , unhospitable and have delayed services. My 6 year old niece was unwell & hungry at night , the in room dining refused to make anything out of the menu for the kid (the menu is far cry from being kid friendly menu ). They just wanted to make money hence forced me to order egg chicken burger but refused to make simple boiled egg. They even refused to give plain milk as it was not mentioned in the in room dining menu & they have to adhere the menu strictly. Never heard this kind of rules in a hotel business - that too for a kid . They mention themselves as 4 star property but their should be ranked 2 star The Security at the main gate of the reception is so rude, in real kicked my uber drivers car to move it away from the main enterance . The staff has no ***ners to be in hospitality business. they need to be sent to hotel service induction program. I stayed in the premium Rooms , the towels provided are dirty unclean and old . Other than the reception and coffee shop There is no hygine outside the rooms. the food is average , the room service is over priced , unhealthy and extremely delayed. The wi fi network also doesnt work properly in rooms. Everything else can be excused but denying a ill child basic food is uacceptable. I even escaleted this matter but no one cared . I am writing my geniune review and my stay can be checked and verified Sabina
