The hotel front desk rep Karen put us into a room that they said was an upgrade but bathroom sink and a/c was broken. So Karen said for us to speak to the manager Angele at 7 AM but she never showed up in the morning. We went downstairs and spoke to rep Anthony who said manager would be in at 10AM since Karen gave us the wrong information. We asked if the hotel could offer us a free breakfast for our troubles since that is what Dayanna said that she could offer the next time we booked at this hotel. We came down at 10 AM and Anthony said manager Angele was in a meeting and never told us. So we spoke to the manager Sylvia who offered no apology for reps lying to us and putting us in a broken room. We were light headed from not eating breakfast but Sylvia didn't care and said she could speak to her boss. She had nothing to offer except a change of rooms and said all she could offer us was a free lunch and next morning a free breakfast and that was it, like we were beggars or utter trash. We felt like we were not guests and we decided to leave that same day. At checkout, the hotel reps Dayanna and Anthony tried giving us cash even though we paid with bank card. We also noticed that the cash was less than what we paid. Horrible scumbags, will never stay again. They are liars and scammers and the rooms are old and moldy.
