Great service, Freddy and jaisel helped us marvelously! Food and service always great. We love to come and know that the menu is always going to be high-end and also the service is phenomenal. We prefer to stay in this hotel, not only for the room rooms but also for the service and the food in the restaurant Hibiscus!

My room had 3 double beds with a sofa and a huge TV. The view was straight into the Courtyard Marriott across the street. However it was very comfortable. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance. the Oakland mall and Dollar City are about 15 mins walk from the hotel.

Dies war eine sehr bequeme Übernachtungsstunde vor einem frühen Morgenflug. Die Mitarbeiter waren großartig und arrangiert, um zu Mittag Boxen und ein Taxi für unsere 3:30am Abreise zum Flughafen, die nur 10 Minuten entfernt war. Viele westliche und schnelle Lebensmitteloptionen innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu Fuß, darunter Applebys, TGIF, MacDonalds, Burger King und Papa Johns. Viele andere Hotels in der Nachbarschaft, aber Best Western bietet den besten Preis für unsere Übernachtung.

Ich habe diesen Ort gerufen, um sicherzustellen, dass meine Familienmitglieder ohne Fragen in der Lage sein, einchecken. Als Diamantmitglied habe ich nie solche Fragen. Ich habe die Buchung reserviert und die Person hinzugefügt, die einchecken würde. Ich habe nicht gedacht, dass ich die Zahl der Menschen in den Zimmer setzen musste, weil ich die Art von Zimmer kaufte, die ich benötigt, die 3 Gäste gebucht. Meine Mutter und meine Brüder nahmen am Morgen meine Töchter vom Flughafen ab, so dass ich meine gesetzliche Kontrolle hatte. Als sie dort zu prüfen im Frontbüro wollten sie uns 35 pro Person zahlen. Ich habe speziell 15k Punkte gezahlt, die 4 bewohnt und es war nur 3 Gäste. Es war nicht wichtig, ob es 2 oder 3 auf der Buchung waren die Punkte gleich. Aber dort wollten sie 35 pro Person zahlen. Dann als Diamanten bekommen wir normalerweise etwas wie Frühstück. Nun, das Front Desk sorgte dafür, dass sie meiner 76-jährigen Mutter in der Gesetzgebung gesagt haben, kein Frühstück ist ihnen erlaubt. Ich bin sehr besorgt über die Art und Weise, wie sie behandelt wurden. Ich interessiere mich nicht, wenn wir das Frühstück kauften, dass sie sofort zu ihnen sagten und kein Frühstück für Sie alle machte es scheint, als ob sie zu essen erlaubt waren. Nie wieder dieses Ort verwenden.

I arrived on September 17th 1:12 pm to check in to this hotel. The receptionist guy said check in was not until 3:00pm. I could have sworn I saw something on the hotels.com website that said there was a 2 hour early check in option. Pretty sure I chose it. Not sure how it didn't register. So I decided to check out the restaurant. I sat down and was greeted but a waiter. He said, we have great buffet with bla bla bla bla” I can't remember but he was REALLY trying to sell it. So I took a look at the buffet. It looked alright. There was no price visible anywhere so I didn't know how much it was. I asked the waiter and he told me to wait. He went to some room to get a scratch piece of paper. He wrote the price on the paper. It was kinda vague and his hand writing was strange. I had to ask him 3 times to clarify the price. He finally said “$34 for the lunch buffet”..... I immediately grabbed my bags and walked out. I've been all over the world and can't remember paying anywhere near that much for a lunch buffet. Not even in Europe. Around 3:00pm I was given my room key and room number. Took the elevator to room 802. It was a pretty nice room overall. The refrigerator didn't work though. Later on that night I asked some receptionist guy if I could get my refrigerator replaced. He said he would make a note of it and first thing in the morning it would be replaced. It wasn't. Around noon time the next day I went down the reception and asked a lady if she had any notes about someone needing a refrigerator replaced. Instead of answering my question she asked what my room number was. I again asked her if the receptionist guy from last night passed on the information. She again wouldn't answer and kept asking for my room number. This went on about 3 minutes or so. She then asked my name. I told her. She used this to find my room number. Still no answers about why I still had no replacement refrigerator and if any info was passed on from last night. She said I would get a replacement refrigerator soon. I didn't. Around 4:00pm I heard some cleaning ladies in the hall. I told her my refrigerator didn't work and asked them if I could get one from a near by room. She said, “OK sure”. She even carried it to my room as I grabbed the broke one and placed it in the hall. So in short... The receptionists suck at this hotel. Bathroom: Its pretty nice. The ventilation fan didn't work though. Gym: It's pretty darn good. Only thing missing was a flat bench press. There is a 45lbs bar laying on the floor though. So I am guessing this gym did have one at some point in time. The gym closes at 9:00pm. Which is still better than the Grand Tikal Futura which closes at 7:30pm. WiFi: It was good overall. It has that quirky log in system though. So after a minute of so of no activity on your smart phone it will disconnect. And you have the repeat the process over again. Breakfast: Overall it's pretty good. No buffet. Just

What an incredible hotel stay. Honestly found this Courtyard to be a fantastic hotel and highly recommend to stay here when in the city. The rooms are great and comfortable. Bed and pillows were perfect and all amenities made the stay great. The restaurant at the hotel is really good and you wont be disappointed.

Im Gegensatz zu offiziellen Internet und Trip.com fühlen Sie Trip.com reserviert, buchen Sie aus. Das Personal der Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das einzige, was wir tun müssen, ist, dass die Rezeption nicht im ersten Stock ist. Wir sind um 9 Uhr hier und es gibt kein Personal, das die Gepäckbeförderung unterstützen kann... Die Lage gehört zum Zentrum der Stadt, es ist sehr bequem zum Flughafen. Der Korridor im unteren Stock ist der Kirchenplatz, es gibt viele Süßigkeiten. Ich suche einen Platz im Freien am Abend, sehr erscheinend.

While the rooms were okay, the service was terrible and the staff rude, going to the point of blankly making fun of me and my friends for complaining about the food we ordered being overcooked and smaller than advertised. Moreover, when we first came to our room, there was a stain on my bed, showing it was clearly the same sheets used by the previous guests, or that they just dont bother washing them after taking them off. In conclusion, i would not recommend coming to this hotel as it is clear they do not care about the guest’s experience.

Vorteile: Lage sicher, Flughafen bequem, Abendessen lecker, Service professionell, Zimmer komfortabel. Lichtpunkt: Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und von hoher Qualität, das ist das wunderschönste Hotel der Klasse. Benachteiligung: Die Würfel sind sehr unbehaglich Insgesamt: sehr zufrieden, wird wieder kommen

I loved my hotel room. The hotel staff were friendly but the restaurant staff were not very friendly. The pool was nice but could be cleaner. Nice neighborhood with lots of food options nearby. Super close to airport. Don't take the hotel shuttle though. I paid for shuttle and they just called me an Uber! I could have saved 20 bucks.
