very strategic location. Within 5 mins walking distance to east railway. Lots of good food around. Room is excellent. Traffic is bad thou, but u can still hail a taxi or didi easily

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and it is also located in a good location. The entrance to the subway station can be accessed just a few minutes walk, but there is no elevator for this entrance. There is a mall with a supermarket, shops, and restaurants at the opposite of the hotel. The hotel staffs were very helpful, especially 黄梓彤 who was willing to help with good hospitality on whatever my family requested. Since I’m not good in Chinese, so she helped me to order food delivery. That’s very convenient for me. I definitely will visit there again if I have a chance. 😃

The Ji Hotel Guangzhou East Railway Station is well located along the Metro Line 1 and Line 3 with easy access to the airport and the railway station. It is also close to many places of interest.The service staff is extreme good and patient and full of courtesy. Request for service is very prompt and responsive. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff has very good attitude, always with a smile, willing to go the extra mile in helping you with small things such as press button for lift and alert you when lift is here.The location was great, opposite is shopping mall with lots of food choices, however, it's not suitable for elderly who can't walk too long as you should expect to walk around 10mins to get inside the mall, we arrived when it's near the end of renovation so we do encounter flying insects during 1st day and they immediately arrange cleaning staff to clean and spray the room while we are out, will definitely recommend this hotel. Their morning buffet is also very nice and suitable. Highly recommend!

The room is new, comfortable and clean. If you need to catch a train the next day at Guang Zhou East railway station, this is the right hotel as it is located right opposite the railway station. It takes less than 1 minute walk to the metro station’s exit F to use Metro Line 1 and Line 3. It is very convenient to travel around Guang Zhou city. Po Park mall is opposite the hotel and connected to the metro and railway stations, which is very convenient for food and groceries. The hotel also provides complimentary self-service laundry including detergent. The only negative is you will hear the sound of car horn from morning until midnight as many cars and taxi in front of the railway station but it didn’t bother me as I’m not a light sleeper. I need to catch an early morning train and couldn’t have breakfast. The staff packed some biscuits for me.

Very near to metro station, less than 5min can reach there. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Good service. Laundry service and daily room cleaning provided.
