수영장과 괌 최대규모 워터슬라이드를 타기 위해 방문했어요 즐겁게 놀았습니다 ㅎㅎ 조식 사진은 없지만 제육볶음 등 한식과 오믈렛, 우동 등 일본식 음식이 나와 입맛에 잘 맞았어요 사진 속 음식은 저녁 디너 뷔페를 따로 예약해서 먹은 것인데, 주류와 음료도 무한리필이고 한국인 입맛에 맞는 음식들이라 좋았습니다~ 숙소 옆에 바로 건비치가 있어 뷰는 물론, 조용한 바다를 찾기에도 좋아요! 그 옆에서 타오타오타씨 쇼가 펼쳐지는 장소이기에 쇼 관람 일정이 있으시면 이 호텔 추천합니다! 방마다 텀블러가 제공, 복도에 얼음 나오는 정수기도 있어요~

Auf Empfehlung einiger Freunde habe ich beschlossen, auf einen Spaziergang zum japanischen Tank auf dem Grundstück und zum Mittagessen in einem der Restaurants zu stoppen. Ich wurde bei 2 Sicherheitskontrollstellen auf meinem Weg zum Hauptresortgebäude gestoppt und hatte eine positive Erfahrung mit den Wächtern an diesen Orten. Ich wurde von Sicherheit angewiesen, an der Frontdesk geprüft, bevor ich zum Tank weitergekommen. Ich ging dann zum Vordertisch und die Dinge gingen schnell runter. Auf meinem Weg ins Resort war ein dritter Sicherheitsbeamter anwesend und schrie und wütend auf andere Hotelpatronen, die offenbar nicht den Seitengang nutzen. Warum sie überall so viele Sicherheitsbeamte haben, kann ich nicht herausfinden. Ich komme zum Vorderbüro und die Frau, die arbeitet, hatte keine Ahnung, welche Tank ich redete und ging mit ihrem Manager zu sprechen. Als sie zurückkam, wurde mir gesagt, das Eigentum sofort zu verlassen oder ich würde durch Sicherheit entfernt werden. Es gab keinen Grund, und es gab keine Erwähnung meines Antrags, zum Tank zu gehen. Ich versuchte, mit dem Personal zu reden und wurde gesagt, zum Tour Lounge zu gehen, um über Optionen für den Tank zu sehen. Die Frau, die den Tisch für die Touren arbeitete, sprach nicht gut Englisch, so ich glaube, sie sagte mir, ich musste $200 zahlen, um auf eine Jeep-Turn zum Tank zu gehen, dass es für diesen Tag keine Touren gab, und sie konnte mir nicht sagen, wann die nächste Tour Gelegenheit wäre. I reserved a corner ocean view room but upon check-in was told that they had upgraded my room to their tower. When I arrived at that room, it overlooked some other roofs of buildings and a pool. This was in no way an upgrade. I called the front desk and told them that I was not happy. They found an ocean/beach view room and moved me. It was not the corner room that I had reserved, but it was okay. As far as the hotel itself, it is a bit dated and needs some renovations. The AC controls in the room does not give an option to select a temperature. It is merely a push button panel with low/med/high buttons (very dated). The room television was very small (about 32”, if that much) and the remote control menu was difficult to navigate. I would have to keep pushing the menu button to get it to finally change from the hotel channel to those of the movie and television channels. The remote control requires some sort of ir device located under the TV to work. It looks like a spy camera, but I used my personal bug/camera detector and decided it was just an ir device for the remote (strange and very dated). Of the three lobby elevators, only one was working. The elevator that takes you to the basement parking makes strange noises and the panel buttons are damaged. The aquarium located near the lobby had tons of algae growth and was in dire need of cleaning. The lighting in the aquarium was very dim and in need of repair/replacement. This was not an appealing aesthetic. When I checked out at 0500 there was nobody working at the front desk. I rang their bell a few times and nobody showed so I left my room key on their counter and proceeded to the airport. As far as the restaurants, the breakfast buffet was good with several options. The Japanese restaurant Sagano was very nice and the food was great. They obviously have a talented chef there. The hotel staff for the most part were very nice. It was just the check-in process mentioned above that was very unsatisfactory. All in all, I will choose a different hotel the next time that I go to Guam.

Soweit die staatlich sanktionierten Covid-Quarantäneeinrichtungen gehen, ist dies eine Top-Notch, 5-star Anlage. Die 3-square Mahlzeiten, die jeden Tag mit militärischer Präzision an meine Tür geliefert wurden, waren fantastisch. Echt gutes Essen eine Mischung aus lokaler und kontinentaler Preis serviert in Festgrößen. Ich habe während meiner Pflicht 7-day hier bleiben gewogen. Ich werde nicht auf die schönen Sonnenuntergang auf der Bucht von meinem 17. Stockzimmer kommentieren, da niemand außer Gott dafür verantwortlich ist. Insgesamt, wenn es noch einmal in Guam quarantänisch sein muss, würde ich mich entscheiden, in dieser Quarantäneanlage oder Q-Fac zu bleiben, wie meine Guards es nennen.

Ich kann eine ruhige Zeit verbringen, weil es ein bisschen weit von der Stadt entfernt ist. Wenn Sie die Nacht dauern, denke ich, dass Dumont besser ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ich mag Hotelunterkünfte.

My childhood memories are filled with fond recollections of the days when this hotel was known as Daichi, and the Seahorse was its neighbor. It's heartwarming to witness the tremendous growth in the form of the Crowne Plaza, now in its third iteration. Despite the substantial exodus of people from Guam and the challenges faced by the hospitality industry, my experience at the Crowne Plaza was nothing short of spectacular — even amidst the aftermath of the most devastating natural disaster to hit the island in over 20 years. During my visit, the hotel experienced sell out occupancy for several days before and after my stay. To complicate matters, some rooms were rendered unavailable due to storm damage. Yet, to my amazement, both of my rooms were seamlessly upgraded without request, including one room to a one-bedroom suite. This exceptional resource management and commitment to their loyalty program and customers leaves me truly impressed. The hotel honored all Diamond Elite benefits, and with the Club lounge temporarily closed due to the storm, we were accommodated with equivalent offerings in the Lobby lounge. The Crowne Plaza's complete makeover, featuring a contemporary design, elevates it to the status of a brand-new hotel rather than a simple update with - and this distinction is important - new yet outdated hardware. For example, their innovative digital elevator is a fresh concept on Guam, separating them from their local competition. I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Abegail. Her exceptional service and assistance with check-in and resolution of an issue with our room rate demonstrated her expertise. I booked the best flexible rate and even that somehow doubled. Abegail took charge and resolved the matter. Her proactive approach and willingness to be our point of contact for any requests or concerns displayed remarkable initiative whilst juggling her duties at the counter. My gratitude extends to Abegail, the housekeeping, facilities, F&B, and the entire team for the outstanding care they provided during such challenging circumstances. A special thank you goes out to Tan Holdings and IHG for their continued investment in and commitment to the Crowne Plaza to ensure not just a future, but a brighter future, for Guam's hospitality industry.

Have stayed here many times for work. I just wanted to thank everyone at Hilton for taking such good care of us the past few weeks! I was here for work, and it was a bit unnerving being away from home and family during Typhoon Mawar… but I appreciate the hotel’s constant updates and adaptability! Everyone was working so hard to keep us safe during this very tough time, and it’s truly appreciated! Glad we came thru it okay, prayers for the recovery ahead, grateful to Hilton and all your staff. Thank you.

프론트 오션뷰 예약했어요 뷰 정말 예뻐요 처음 체크인 하면서 2시 40분에 갔는데 룸 준비가 안 되어있다고 3시에 체크인 가능하다 하더라구요 3시에 체크안하려니까 10분 기다려라, 10분 후 가면 15분만 더 기다려달라, 시간 돼서 가면 죄송하다 아직 준비가 안되었다고 또 기다리라 해서 결국 컴플레인 걸었습니다. 3시 40분에 겨우 체크인 했습니다 근데 받은 방이 커넥테드룸이었어요 너무 시끄럽고 문 하나로 옆방이랑 연결되어 있는데 왜 말 안 해줬냐 바꿔달라니까 지금 준비된 방이 없다고 낼이나 바꿀 수 있다길래 방에서 기다릴테니 청소해서 바꿔달라니까 하우스키핑 없다고 안된다고 해서 따졌더니 확인해보고 연락 준대서 경국 밤 10시에 방 옮겼습니다 옮긴 방은 다행이 옆방 소음은 없었지만 전체적으로 오래된 건물이다 보 니 수도관 소리가 크게 들려요 복도 소음도 다 들리구요 그래도 크게 불편한 거 없이 사용했습니다 채크인 할 때 짜증나긴 했지만 무난한 편이에요 근데 괌 가면 다시 가고 싶은 호텔은 아닙니다

Es ist etwas über dem Zentrum gelegen, aber es gab kein Problem zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Aussicht auf das Hotel war gut. Die Parkplätze sind schnell, aber Sie können über das Hotel fahren. Es gibt keinen Ort wie diese, wenn es koreanische Mitarbeiter gibt und die Kommunikation nicht in Englisch reibungslos ist.

Es ist sehr unruhig, die Mundschleife zu sehen, aber es gibt kein Problem, wenn ich gehe, und die Höhe des Hotels, wenn es junge ist, kann es aushalten. Die geografische Lage ist die beste. Sie können immer noch in der Nacht kaufen und das Essen ist nichts. Ein bisschen alt, aber ich schlafe jeden Tag gut und die Schale ist auch gut. Das Zimmer und das Bett sind sehr groß, das Boden ist kaum, und es gibt einen Balkon, um das Meer zu sehen. Die Hygiene ist nicht besonders wichtig für den Windsport, und es gibt einen starken Wind im Zimmer. Keine Safe. Da keine Leute, die den Hotelpool verwenden, können wir das Mietwohnungen genießen. Der Wasserdruck der Schale ist nicht stark, aber nicht schwach, um uns zu widerlegen. Das Wasser fließt auch sehr gut. Ich denke, es ist nicht geeignet, schöne Urlaubshotels zu erwarten, aber ich denke, es ist genug, um ein vernünftiges Zentrumhotel zu werden.
