"Eine gute Lage, entfernt von der Stadt, aber in der Stadt. Eine Mall direkt neben der Tür macht es bequemer. Räumiges Zimmer, sauber und komfortabel. Die Check-in-Personal (zwei Damen) war großartig, schnell und effizient. Check-out war Brise (ein männliches Personal). Es tut mir leid, dass ich nicht ihre Namen bekam, aber alle waren freundlich. Angefordert für Eisenkleidung innerhalb von Minuten wurde es geliefert, sehr schnell Service. Das Frühstücksbuffet war viel zu wählen. Personal sehr aufmerksam. Hatte einen tollen Morgen."

"Machen Sie eine Buchung von 6 Zimmern auf unserem kürzlich gefamiliären Urlaub im Hotel Horison GKB Gresik und es ist die erinnereligste Erfahrung je! Hotelservice war ausgezeichnet mit freundlichem politen Mitarbeiter und Hotelmanager. Auch leckeres Frühstück verbreitet. Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Hotelausstattung ist nahe an den Speisestufen. Wird sicher zurück!"

"Lokasinya strategis sekali di pusat kota gresik, hanya saja mereka tidak bisa memberikan early checkin, sehingga harus menunggu sampai dengan waktu checkin tiba."

"Bagus juga untuk room yg di tawarkan , tapi dgn harga yg lumayan mahal tidak ada sabun Revil.dan hanya dapat batangan saja ( no good ) , hal yg sangat mengganggu ketika cek in adalah pertanyaan utk berapa org ( hal yg seharusnya tidak perlu di tanyakan , mau 1 atau 2 org di dalam kamar ya Tidak masalah karena sudah ada standarnya maximal.2 orang, pesan single.di beri double hanya gara2 utk 2 orang"
