Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenwood Mall

Clean rooms with a convenient site next to restaurants. Quin made the check-in efficient and quick. Free parking is also nice. Breakfast is on-time and consistently good. I've had several stays here for work as my project won't be finished until the fall. Thanks!

Great hotel, very clean and the Staff in very nice and helpful. Quin always greets me every time I pass bye and is always so friendly. Hotel is in a great location in the center of town which makes it close to everything. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This place should be investigated! Many of my friends said they have overcharged their account! and front desk staff are scammers I talked to the General manager who's name is Catherine who overcharged my card and did not seem to mind acted like it was a accident something didn't seem right with her.

This hotel is not safe and there is some very sketchy things going on here. Beware if you stay here as the staff is all in together scamming people. We had a very large group who stayed at several rooms while here for a tournament. The same thing happened to several of us so it’s definitely not coincidence. A woman will follow you to your your floor to see what room you go in and then 5 mins later your room phone will ring from the front desk claiming they need to verify your credit card on file. Dummy me fell for it and within a hour I had several transcriptions for stores nearby for online orders. They will claim someone has hacked their phone lines once you address this at the front desk and act like this is no big deal and just a common occurrence. I feel that it is extremely convenient that these “scammers” would be using my card information in the same area of the hotel. Anyone you talk to including the managers are extremely rude and defensive and unprofessional. Zero apologies. You feel very unsafe the entire time while staying here. We travel constantly and hotel life is nothing new to us and this is the first time I have ever experienced this. We checked out early as we didn’t even feel safe behind a locked door at night. Please be careful at night around the hotel as well as there is definitely something going on with people being watched in the parking lots as well. When you tell the front desk about it they have zero care which also confirms that they are all in this together.

A really good experience. Had to make a last-minute change in plans, and the Holiday Inn Express was recommended to me. The staff (especially housekeeping and breakfast staff) was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had an incredible variety, and even "go" bags in which we put some muffins for a late-night snack in our room. The on-site "store" is incredibly expensive, although Carlos, at the front desk, worked with us so my young child could get a treat there. Ice machines were only on the 2nd and 4th floors (where we were not), and both were not working when we were there. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely a minor inconvenience. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the hours were enforced in a courteous way by staff. Very enjoyable stay

Stayed two nights while visiting friends nearby. New, modern decor. Easy, early check-in. Convenient nearby shopping and chain restaurants. Very comfortable bed, spacious, well-appointed room and bath. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Glad this was our choice.

Super friendly, and helpful staff. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve slept in in a long time! Atmosphere quiet. There is a hearty breakfast and coffee included with the price of the room. Convenient location well off the main drag.

Perfect Stay! Love the GM how he made it his business to come and speak to us at Check in! He also gave us awesome recommendations to a local restaurant not far from the hotel called R's Place. We be back.

Newer hotel as the old HI Ex in Greenwood is now a Comfort Inn. This property was very clean, comfortable, great breakfast, and in a good location. While there is not much in there anymore, you can walk over the the mall. There are several restaurants and stores nearby. Not downtown, or as there say "Uptown" here, but just a short drive to uptown and Lander University. Also just a few minutes to Lake Greenwood. My only gripe that they used, in my opinion and tastes, way too much laminate faux wood in the rooms. It cheapens the decor. However, that aside, it was a great stay and will stay again.
