We stayed at Hotel Greenfield when we came to town to go to the swap meet and visit friends. Our room was beautiful with big, beautiful furniture, a vanity that served us more than properly, a bathroom with privacy that was comfortable to use and the whole place was quiet. I can’t say enough about how clean the room was and the bed! The bed was the most amazing bed we have slept on! It was soft enough to make you feel like you are home yet it was firm enough that you didn’t feel the other person move. I am going to be on the lookout for a bed just like that! Thank you, Hotel Greenfield and staff, for the best sleep we have had in years. If I had to say anything bad about our stay it was the fact there wasn’t an elevator. After walking at the swap meet for hours, I didn’t know if we were going to make it up to the third floor!!! We will be back again!

We rented the whole place for our wedding guests and we stayed in the bridal suite - for entire holiday weekend. Staff couldn't have treated us any better. They accommodated any requests we made in advance and on the spot - we asked for their bar to be stocked with drinks guests would enjoy, they even had the fixings for a great morning-after brunch bar. We loved playing the piano and singing in the lobby as our wedding after-party. Our bridal suite exceeded our expectations - gorgeous furniture, great blackout curtains, and enormous bathroom to get ready in. The staff made us and our guests feel welcomed and right at home! We recommend anyone coming to the Greenfield area to stay at Hotel Greenfield, you will be glad you did!

What a great welcome from the staff at this wonderful hotel. Historic, and they have all the things you'd want in a hotel with a microwave, desk, fridge, and coffee maker in the room. Breakfast goodies are in the room and more downstairs in the mornings. Restaurant on site too. Handy to explore all the shops on the historic town square plaza.

Loved the hotel, and the staff! We were treated like family and learned some of the history of the hotel. We would definitely return!!! Our room was spacious and clean, with in room snacks and a continental breakfast was included. We really enjoyed our weekend here!

We had a confirmed, guaranteed reservation: credit card given and confirmation number received. Sometime after the reservation was made, we got an email from the hotel saying they had booked the entire hotel for a wedding party and they would not be honoring our reservation. If you're not staying midweek, beware . . . this could happen to you too. Greed trumps customer service at this place. Documentation photo attached.
