Days Inn by Wyndham Greeneville

While I found the owner Bobby to be helpful, the rest of the staff was rude, the place was a mess, my room was dirty, I found a coat hanger in the bed (which makes me wonder if the sheets were even changed). The place is a mess. I should note that this was right after the hurricane, so I know cleaning was harder, but still - it was gross.

Everything in room was new only problem is you can’t get any towels or trash taking out then when you ask the front desk. They bring you one towel and still leave trash outside the door. And we do have a total of six rooms as I am writing this review but might change that in next day or so

The rooms look nothing like the photos. They told us they had just remodeled the rooms. Nothing looked new in the room. Bed was very uncomfortable; we heard drilling and hammering until 9:30 at night even after we complained. No hair dryer so we asked for one and the wires were taped together on it. The TV didn't work. The room was very dirty and the handle on the bathroom sink would lift completely off. Nothing covered the sink drain and you could see items down in the drain. we did not stay for breakfast after the room experience. The staff can barely speak english and we had to continually ask them to repeat what they said. The machine to charge your credit card did not work in the office. We recommend you look for somewhere else to stay. We will never ever stay at another Days Inn. We have had 3 bad experiences.

I don't expect a luxury experience at Days Inn, but I do expect a basic level of customer service. Don't waste your time even going to get the included "breakfast". Not worth the walk up there!

I checked in I gave documentation for my service animals he still charged me and attempted to charge me 3 times.not worth the hassle stay somewhere else.owner is not friendly and uses language barrier as an excuse

Filthy, smelly, unkempt, noisy, and my room was in the section that had completed a “new remodel” No breakfast food or drinks as advertised (unless you call cellophane wrapped, cold, store-bought muffins as “breakfast”. This place was pathetic.

Nothing was clean there was **** on dresser next to bed condoms in drawer hairs in bathtub nastiest place I've stayed. I've stayed before and definitely worst exp and they have went down hill compared past experience

This place is a dump. Everything about it is run down and dirty and broken. Uncaring service. If you paid me to stay there again, I would not. You have been warned. Find a park and sleep in your car. You will thank me later.

Caution tape should have been my first clue. So many things wrong with our room couldn't list them all. This definitely can't be ok with board of health, city inspectors. No toilet paper, didnt matter toilet wouldnt flush properly .only 1 light with a bulb , burn holes in beds, sheets, and chair. Phone did not work to call desk. Microwave and fridge did not work. Room filthy. Pieces of the shower broken off not repaired.parts of the wall not spackeeld, no face plate over light switch in bathroom, light open in ceiling, no cover. I could sit here all day and go on. Do yourself a favor sleep in car or drive on to a better place..really can't believe this place has not been shut down.definattely not a good start to our vacation.
