Great overall experience for the price. Location is just off the main drag, close to stores and restaurants. Staff were very friendly, clean room, good continental breakfast. Easy check in and out. 8.5/10

Great place to stay in Great Falls, conveniently located for not only Benefis Hospital & Great Falls Hospital medical patronage, but minor league baseball Great Falls Voyagers attendance, as well. Voyager Stadium baseball is 2 1/2 miles straight north, an easy commute on one-way streets both ways. Stayed here for 6 nights on a minor league baseball trip last month. Very soundproof construction between floors, etc. This is 4 blocks south of the main drag 10th Ave, in a medical building area, so the surroundings are quiet as well. Cleanliness is above par. Coin laundry machines on site for the longer stays. Hot breakfast in the lobby each day with reasonable hours. Complimentary coffee provided in the lobby all day. Front desk staff were all courteous and top notch. Great accommodations for any fellow baseball fans in town for a few games.

Super nice lady to check us in even tho we were very late. Coffee was avaiable when we arrived. She said that if we moved the trailer with all the quads etc she would watch it on the cameras overnight. Comfy bed and pillows. Clean room, clean hallways and clean breakfast area. Satisfying breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Booked as a budge hotel and it exceeds that expectation. Staff were friendly and engaged. After riding in the rain, I was just wanting a hot shower and check-in was quick. Bed was uber comfortable. Room was clean; wifi worked well. Lots of free parking. Not sure about location as I didn't leave the room. Breakfast was more than expected, potatoes, eggs, bacon along with the usual items. Could use some tea though. Stay, you won't regret.

The hotel was easy to find and checkin was quick. The room, beds and bathroom were clean. We had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Also there was coffee available 24/7 down in the lobby. There was an ice machine and washing machine on our floor. The hotel was quite and we all slept well. The breakfast was small but a great variety. Something for everyone! Checkout was easy and fast. If we are in the area again I would definitely stay here again.

Great Falls Inn is a terrific value. The property is spotless as are the rooms. It’s located adjacent to a major regional hospital and somewhat off the main traffic corridor for so it’s quiet; there is no street noise. The building itself is not a flimsy, creaky wooden frame structure, it’s solid and the rooms have good sound deadening walls. Because of its structure and the quality of the building I thought it may have formerly been part of the medical complex but it wasn’t. There is no restaurant or bar so you have no loud gatherings in or near the lobby or the rooms. If Yalu want a quiet place to get som rest and sleep, it’s a perfect place.

We three stayed for a night in April. It's in a nice quiet area. Reception was excellent. The room was great, as were the beds. The breakfast area isn't large, but we got seats in the morning. The breakfast was good and included hot items. We confidently recommend this hotel for a stay in Great Falls.

My partner and I stayed here late last year. Booking was super easy and the scenery is nice. The issue was when we got to the room, it smelled just awful. We were gagging when we opened the door. We put our bags down and started searching for the source of the stench and found that it was coming from the bathroom. Someone had explosively defecated. Not just in the toilet but on the walls and floor surrounding it. It was so nauseating. When I called the front desk the receptionist told me to just clean it up. I asked to switch rooms and she said absolutely not, that’s not our problem. Thinking that she might have misunderstood what I was saying, I explained that neither of us did this and she said don’t care, not our problem and hung up on me. We decided to not stay and they refused to reimburse us. Terrible service here. Spend your money elsewhere.

To have women like THIS be the face of this establishment is DISGUSTING. I work in a 5 star hotel myself and we’d never allow this at my facility because we care about our guests! To mock, degrade, disrespect, and honestly discriminate against people of a different ethnicity or who happens to have a disability is horrid. I’m shocked this hotel isn’t considered a red 3 (what is known for hotels to be scrapped, renamed, and rebranded after being sold where I’m from) That lobby sign is false, and lazily written. Poor leadership team! But your staff cannot be patient NOR KIND and you expect guests to do so? Absolutely not! -1000000000000 stars
