Das Personal an der Theke ist sehr geduldig und sehr nett! Nach der Ankunft am Flughafen ist der Abholservice des Hotel-Shuttlebusses großartig! Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, alle Einrichtungen sind sehr komfortabel, das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet, ein sehr gutes und sehr gutes Unterkunftserlebnis.

Ein Teil meiner Familie und ich reisten nach Grapevine, Texas für das bevorstehende Spiel Dallas Cowboy vs NY Giants im Oktober 2020. Ich muss sagen, dass es wirklich ein WUNDERVOLLER AUFENTHALT in diesem Hotel war !! Die Professionalität, Gastfreundschaft und der Respekt waren SPOT ON! Die Lage war super ... ganz in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedenen Restaurants (eigentlich zu Fuß erreichbar)! Darüber hinaus HATS OFF zum Restaurant von Bonnie und Clyde, das sich im Hotel befindet. Essen, Getränke und KUNDENSERVICE waren TOP ♥️🍸🥩🍲♥️! Der einzige Nachteil war keine Mikrowelle im Zimmer. Abgesehen davon ist dieses Hotel ein großartiger und wunderschöner Ort zum Übernachten, egal ob geschäftlich oder privat.

My husband and I just spent our anniversary at the Vin staying a couple of nights and had the best time. We enjoyed music in Harvest Hall, met some wonderful people at the hotel bar and had a great breakfast the morning we checked out. Well, we finally unpacked our suitcases a few days after we checked out and I realized I must have left my jewelry bag in our room…I was sick about it as I had my retired James Avery pieces in that bag. SO, I called FOUR days later to see if by chance housekeeping had found my jewelry bag and JR was very kind taking details of our room # and dates we had stayed. JR said he would check and call me back. A couple of hours later he called to say he had my bag after he had taken time to search himself! Going the extra mile is very impressive in the hotel industry. We will be back around the holidays to enjoy another stay…definitely a highlight of the Holidays!!

Ich hatte ein Geschäftstreffen und blieb ihr, obwohl ich in Dallas wohne. Ich hatte Angst vor einem Flughafenhotel, aber war angenehmen überrascht. Rein, aktualisiert, freundlich und professioneller Service von allen Mitarbeitern. Mein einziger Vorschlag ist, mehr Licht im Badezimmer zu geben.

Hatte einen erstaunlichen Besuch...die Königssuite mit Balkon war perfekt! So sehr geräumig mit dem vollen Bad aus dem Schlafzimmer und die Hälfte Bad im Wohnbereich. Schnell-Check-in-Verfahren mit dem freundlichen Personal und der Abendreception war auch wirklich gut. Das Frühstück war lecker...die Eier (Omeletten) waren die besten! Gewiss freuen wir uns auf einen Besuch wieder, wenn wir in der Dallas-Zone sind!

What a pleasant surprise. SpringHill Suites DFW North/Grapevine exceeded my expectations. After checking in about 8:30 on Thanksgiving night, we picked up turkey & dressing takeout from Cracker Barrel (3 minutes away). The seating area in the room provided a comfortable place to eat our dinner. After finishing the meal, my wife had brought homemade pecan pie--but we didn't have any milk and nothing close by was open. I went to the front desk, but there was none for sale at the desk. One of the ladies at the desk said, ”Just a minute” and went to the kitchen and came back with 2 cups of milk. That made me feel like a valued customer. When we first went to our room on the 4th floor, from the hallway I could hear people in the rooms on either side of us. I thought we were in for a restless night. But once we got in our room and turned on the A/C it was a quiet, RESTFUL, night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, A/C was quiet but provided just the right amount of ”white noise”. One convenient feature we liked is that the lavatory sink is not in the bathroom with the tub and toilet. The next morning, I went to the breakfast buffet. (I'm usually underwhelmed by hotel's complimentary breakfasts.) Again, SpringHill Suites exceeded my expectations. Egg white & kale frittatas, turkey sausage as well as the standard fare for breakfast buffets.

Great experience!! It's my first time driving solo away from my family and my stay here was excellent! Had to get a drink from the bar, Nick was the bartender and he made a great cocktail drink for me. Customer service is excellent!! Will stay here again!!
