Clean rooms, friendly & helpful staff, good location. A great value. Will stay here the next time we're coming through the community. Would recommend.

We found this site to be very comfortable and close to where we needed to be. This motel was rated exactly right. Not high end, but clean.

d like to request a full refund. This hotel was in exceptionally bad shape - very poorly kept, not maintained or cleaned appropriately. This was a family trip with my husband and two young children. I didn’t want to have to relocate them to another room or hotel, so we tolerated the state of this place. There were dead bugs and spiderwebs throughout the room, ants crawling on the wall, the small dining table surface was all roughed up (it looked like someone stabbed it all over with a knife), the remote was very sticky even after wiping it down, the sink was impossible for my 6 year old to turn on, there was a chunk of ceiling missing, a giant crack emerging in ceiling, the edge where the wall and ceiling/floor met is crumbling in most spots, rust on all metal surfaces (including door to room), and multiple children’s drawings in pen on the bed post and wall. I have several pictures of these issues.

This was a terrible experience for our families, and we didn't even stay on site. The rooms were not clean, the staff was not helpful, the walls were so thin we could hear them complaining about us as soon as they left the room. The smell of smoke was overpowering, even in the non-smoking rooms, things were broken, the kids felt extremely unsafe and wanted to leave the moment we stepped foot on the property. The pictures listed on the website were not an accurate representation of what this motel portrayed in real life, extremely disappointing for the price they charged. I would suggest booking the Hilton that shares a parking lot with this establishment instead.

Room was dirty had to immediately call to change rooms but instead they came to clean the room. Photos online are not the of this hotel. Unfortunately could not found another room as it is a holiday weekend. It’s just one terrible night. We went to target nearby to by our own cleaning product, towels and other toiletries that were limited supply in room.

room was clean but dark and bathroom was smaller than anything I have seen in my travels here and abroad. Bed was comfortable. If you are choosing this hotel for a breakfast option...don't.

Very old property and not well maintained. Staff was friendly, especially when we let them know that the room they checked us into had not been cleaned and the bed was unmade and dirty towels left on the bathroom floor. But they quickly put us in another room, which was fine. Bathroom is very small and the towels are tiny and rough.

Weekly rate isn't worth the inability to get any refund if you check out early due to billing issues. We were double charged pet fee, and when we brought it to the front desk attendant and showed him the double charge on our checking account he still acted like there were no problems. We said we were leaving early he did not check us out.
