Rats, Rats, Rats. I stayed here the beginning of November. When laying in bed and I seen something move through the mirror under the bed around our luggage, it was a rat! My BF chased the rat into the connecting suite and put a towel under the door and went and told the front desk.I complained about rats in the room to the front desk three times. The first time they said they’d let management know. Second time I was told by a gentleman that it’s just cold outside and rats come in, which was followed with a shrug. The third time I asked for a refund checking out and was told that I had to call corporate and she didn’t really seem to care. I called corporate who told me to call the manager at the hotel and then was told to call the third party I booked with. Totally fair. HOWEVER I was refunded TWENTY DOLLARS on a 200$ stay. The hotel staff is saying I lied about telling them three times (one time should have been enough for a refund but i digress) even though I can point out the staff I told and refuse to give me the name of the man who checked me in which should be time stamped with name or initials or who was working in that time. (The man who checked me in was the first to be told about the rats) the staff is very unprofessional and refuses to be honest or helpful. I called them a total of five times trying to get a refund at which trip.com (who I booked through) told me they are in the wrong but they can’t make them refund me. The hotels disregard for pests in the rooms and even less regard for their guests is appalling. The third party I booked with is escalating the concern up the chain. Just fair warning if you expect a clean and pest free stay with staff who are friendly, this ain’t it.

TV didn’t work. Refrigerator didn’t work. The handicap chair in the shower had mold on it. There was a big event in town and everyone was booked up. However we were traveling and couldn’t drive anymore so we had to take what we could get. 180.00 for a single Queen bed with basic needs like a fridge and tv broken. Wow! Comfort inn you need to hold your franchises accountable.

This property is located right off I-90 and Horizon Drive near the Grand Junction Airport. Easy parking (even for large vehicles) quick & professional check-in, nice clean rooms, ample breakfast. It’s a great, solid choice in GJ. Will stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights to the tune of $450 including tax. Went to front desk to let them know that the faucet was leaking. Guy was polite and said someone would fix the next day, but no-one ever came. After spending more time in the room noticed the bathroom had a weird smell. Saw that the wallpaper next to tub was loose so looked behind it and you can see black mold. All around the tub was also moldy looking. When sitting in the chair I looked down at the bed skirt/box spring covering and could see some nasty looking stains. Super grossed out. The first night we asked if we could switch rooms but the guy told me they were sold out. Upon check out, presented pics to desk clerk. No manager was on duty so she said she would have someone call me. Just now a couple days later I am home and get the call. The manager told me she could not further discount my room because I got an AARP discount. I'm not sure if that is true or not because our receipt does not reflect that, but I said that has nothing to do with the filthy condition of the room and she says well I can't discount you but she thanked me for bringing to their attention so they could fix the problem. I told her alright then....this will be reflected in my yelp reveiw. She says ok and thanks again. I guess she does not care if I post the pics from the room....so here they are. Stay here at your own risk!

Arrived late after United flight was diverted to Grand Junction due to weather. Helpful from desk at 1:30 am where we are grateful to get a room in booked up Grand Junction. Morning breakfast ok and short Uber ride to airport. American Express platinum made reservations where we could not find an empty room and airline offered no help

If you choose to stay here plan on a very dirty nasty place. The room we stayed in smelled horrible and the jet tub had slime in it. The smell I think was mold from the tub. We talked to the person at the front desk and he said he couldn’t do anything other than tell the cleaning staff. We didn’t get the cancellation plan which we didn’t think we’d need plus from what we’ve heard it’s a total run around just to try and get your money back. We paid for two nights and just took the loss. Save yourself some time and money go elsewhere.

Just arrived at the hotel with my family and friends (2 rooms). Hotel is nice and room is great but the pool and hot tub are closed (staff said it has been closed for a while) but there is no mention of this on the website so beware! Staff apologized but said there was nothing they could do. No extra discount or anything. We are traveling with a child and the pool/hot tub was the reason we chose this hotel instead of any other. Our second option was the La Quinta which was a few dollars more but has a swimming pool. The hotel staff said that on the website the pool is not listed among the amenities, but on the "hotel at a glance" section the "indoor pool and hot tub" is very clearly listed. So, I don't want to make a fuss about this issue but it's really disappointing and makes it look like the hotel is not being honest with you when they don't mention the closing of such an important feature on the website. And, after all, you pay for the full package, right? Anyway, nice hotel overall, but the lack of transparency is very disappointing and the fact there's no effort on their side make it up to you is even more.

We checked into the hotel at 10 pm and out before 7 am, so basically it was a place to sleep. However, the hotel felt safe, was clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good (and free!), and the young man working the breakfast area was doing an excellent job. I would definitely recommend!
