Nice customer service

We booked 1 night stay and was disappointed to hear that when we arrived to check in (past the 3:00pm check in time) our room was not ready. We were dealing with Veronica and there was no explanation or apology from her about our room not being ready. She also didn’t provide us with an information when it would be ready and to come back later and she moved onto the next guest. Being that we are from another country and drove 7 hours it was disappointing and frustrating as we had no where to go and had to sit in our car while watching other guests check into their rooms. Later, at 4:30 we go back to check on the status and Veronica told us our room is still not ready. When we asked about the hotel policy and mentioned some compensation for the hassle and unpreparedness, she told us to wait to the side for the manager and was dismissive. We waited 15 minutes, no manager arrived and other guests were able to check in to their rooms no problem. Veronica then asked us our room number (we have no idea as we don’t have a room) but then said your room is ready and pulled a card out. We were furious as our room was ready the whole time we were standing there. This is unacceptable customer service. We paid an extremely inflated price at this hotel and the return service was awful. As a customer we are very disappointed in this establishment and our experience in how we were treated.

Run, don't walk away. So much wrong with this place I can't even begin to explain it. We were offered to go to a partner hotel in town not any better, that one was called the Knights inn or something like that. We couldn't get our money back, but there was no wat we were staying at either place.

I have been staying here for years when I come for work. This hotel has sweet staff and the rooms are clean. The staff has always made sure I was taken care of. Yes it is an older hotel but I will continue to stay here and I hope more will give this place a chance. Julian is one of the nicest employees here and Teresa is also a very professional and nice person.

Second time I stayed. The hotel is old and it shows. But it’s not expensive. Get what you pay for. Nice breakfast included. Which is nice compared to some expensive places. However way cleaner than a year ago. Staff was great both times l, Very helpful and friendly. My room was clean. Hallway was clean. Lobby was spotless. I would stay there again. Check out and check in was easy.

Denise is the best manager I've seen. Everytime I stay he ensures that everything goes smoothly and that I have all I need. He really helped with everything I asked for I'm here on business and told my boss everytime I'm in town I want to stay here. Great experience

Very friendly employees! Rooms were nice and also clean! Breakfast was very good, also being pet friendly is definitely a plus! Cute little sitting area outside, shaded by the beautiful trees! Overall, this hotel is a cute little place to stay

The first night I got here I need help with a few things and Dennis,the associate that checked me in went WAY above and beyond. Its nice to know you'll be taken care. I know good help is hard to find these days ,but ABVI has a few great ones.

We enjoyed our stay, kept forgetting to write this review, we actually stayed at this place on the weekend of February 25th 2023. The Overnight lady, I think her name was Samantha was awesome and made us feel very valuable. Will definitely stay here again.
