A delightful, gracious place. Many food parts and away from the noise of Gramado. The lady who provides cafe makes strudel , cuco, and bread that is very tasty . She is like having a watm mother here! The room was cozy with a fireplace. The grounds have a spot for outdoor tranquility with a fire. Much grace exhibited by all staff. Kudos!!!

Cozy hotel that welcomes a romantic stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, have air conditioning, heater, and a fireplace. The bed and pillows are comfortable as well. Paloma and Alissiana were excepcional hosts, very attentive, understanding, collaborative, and kind. They were very helpful in decorating the room setting up the stage for a proposal. Which, by the way, the hotel does offer this type of service. The Plumeria Production Package has all the items to set up a romantic evening. They offer a great quality breakfast. The cheese bread waffle with nata and strawberry jelly is delicious along with the apple pie. The only recommendation I would make would be to mix up the breakfast between the days.

The room is very cozy and well lid. I had some better sleeps during my stay. Although the property is right next to a highway, but they have very good sound-proofing windows. (Just that, on the other hand, the room door is made of wood stripe and you can hear the chatting in the hallway.) Air conditioning (heating) was awesome. Room heating is automatically supplied at night during cold days. Very nice breakfast and has a fireplace. The soup I ordered was simple but delicious. Friendly front desk.

Atendimento excepcional, de toda a equipe; café da manhã delicioso (nota 10 para a cuca de uva da Noeli), ficamos no chalé serrano (16) cama confortável, banheiro grande, limpeza bem feita, ótimo wi-fi... Ótima localização e estrutura, indico!

Nossa experiência foi simplesmente incrível! Desde a acomodação do quarto super limpa, cheirosa com uma safadinha, desde o cuidado com os nossos pets que até festa de aniversário de ganharam. Sem contar com o atendimento de todos os colaboradores principalmente a noemia que é a responsável pelo café da manhã mais incrível que já tomamos! O hotel é bem localizado também e é a opção perfeita pra quem tem pet e pra quem gosta de descansar devido a ter bastante áreas verdes! Lugar perfeito

Neste local cada detalhe fez a diferença. Camas macias, roupas de cama limpas, assim como o chalé. Lenhas postas, solicitações sempre atendidas.
