Cozy family run hotel. Only stayed one night. Lots of cats. Nice stay ruined by a tour booked by the hotel - Turkish dance. Beware we were overcharged - hotel told us it would be €60 per person (to be paid at the restaurant), which would include transport. Driver is the brother of the lady owner. Went to the dance, and they asked for €65 per person. A couple next to us told us they paid €40 per person. After we kicked up a fuss, we got a refund back however we still don’t know who was trying to rip us off: hotel, driver and/or restaurant. Do your research before agreeing to go on a tour organised by the hotel. That said, the car they organised for us was very reasonable (wife of said driver).

Is like in the picture. beautiful key centered location, great breackfast buffet, all tasty and fresh. Clean, nice director/reception, improvable the attendants of the buffet, a little rude, once I asked a cola for breackfast, they scolded me, I paid 700 euro to be here, if I want a box of cola u just give it to me, or charge me, no comment needed. Junior Suite looked less fancy than Superior Room I must say, the wood roof was not really cool like the rock cealing. Prayer time is pretty loud, insulation can be improved. Beautiful balcony (the common one). My room Balcony was on top of the entrance stairs, not really a balcony duh. Apart this two details all good. Good value for money.

Wir haben in der Tat für eine Nacht in einer Suite und für weitere 3 Nächte in einem Standard-Steinraum geblieben. Sie waren beide so schön, das Standard-Zimmer ist riesig und hatte Bodenheizung, die nur groß war, seit das Wetter kalt war. Frühstück ist reichhaltig, traditionelle Gerichte, Stadtblick.. wir hatten türkische Ravioli im Hotelrestaurant, yami.. Personal ist groß, alles so gut organisiert, Reisen, Flughafentransfer und alles. Führen Sie Ozzie als Reiseführer. Er ist der beste Führer, den wir je getroffen haben! Cappadovia ist einzigartig und Ballonflug.. Ich habe keine Worte.. Danke Aydinli Cave Hotel!

100/10 👏 Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn Sie in Kappadokien übernachten! Die Lage ist fantastisch, tolle Restaurants in Gehweite und ein Aussichtspunkt mit Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang in den Ballons, der ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar ist, ist ein MUSS. Die Zimmer haben eine Mischung aus Rock und modernem Touch. Der Service! Einer der besten, die ich je erlebt habe; von Begrüßungsgetränken bis hin zur Unterstützung bei Touren oder sonstigen Informationen, die Sie benötigen. Das Personal hat ein warmes Lächeln und eine einladende Einstellung! Ich habe mich von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt! Andere Hotels sind in der Stadt, wo es ziemlich unbequem und laut ist, aber Hera bietet Ihnen Ihre Privatsphäre und Entspannung, die nach einem langen Tag ein Muss ist! Das Frühstück, das sie servieren, ist ein Muss! Eine vielfältige Auswahl an lokalem Käse und Oliven, Brot, Gebäck, Obst und vor allem Kaymak und Honigwabe! Sie können nichts falsch machen! WLAN ist natürlich verfügbar, die Aufnahme von Katzen ist ein Plus! Sie können Ihr Gepäck nach dem Auschecken bei ihnen aufbewahren, bevor Sie zu Ihrem Flug aufbrechen. This hotel is beyond what it is advertised. Not only is the hotel located in the best location in the city with amazing views and impeccably clean rooms it also comes with one of the best breakfasts Ive had at a hotel. The views you get tat this hotel are unparalleled. The hotels ambiance is to die for as it feels as if you are staying in a cave with all the amenities you could want. Besides the hotels amenities it is important to note the hotels staff. The hotels staff is one of the most professional and helpful people I have interacted with. Specially SERHAT, words cannot describe how helpful this man was. We arrived at the hotel with 0 plans. This man acted like our travel agent booked our whole trip for us. He was constantly in contact with us when things got canceled due to bad weather and would make adjustments for us to have something else to do that day. Just interacting with and getting the services from Serhat was worth the hotels rates, the rooms were just a plus. I cannot vouch more for this hotel, highly recommend to anyone considering visiting Capaddocia!

Obwohl wir hier nicht geblieben waren, stiegen wir durch die Straßen und schlossen in ihrem neuen Dachrestaurant ein Drink ein - dann gingen wir wieder zum Abendessen, als die Sonne auftauchte. Gute Lebensmittel, gute Weine, viele vegetarische Optionen, schöne Aussichten und vor allem außergewöhnliche Service - aufmerksam, höflich und so hilfreich. Einer dieser Abende, wenn Sie mit einem wirklichen Lächeln auf Ihrem Gesicht verlassen, weil die Menschen so wunderschön waren.

Familie von 3, geblieben vom 3. September bis 7. September 2022. Von der Ankunft am Flughafen Nevesehir bis zur Abreise zum nächsten Ziel fühlten wir uns willkommen. Sehr familiär orientierte Umgebung, außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft und lächelnde Gesichter. Wir wurden eine Tour des Hotels und Einrichtungen gegeben, dann in unsere Zimmer genommen. Unser Zimmer war ein Kellerzimmer namens die Königssuite mit Terrasse (Zimmernummer 304). Es war schön, authentisch, sauber und hatte ein AC. Schönes geräumiges Marmorbad. Zimmer authentisch in Cappadocian-Türkischen Stil dekoriert. Blatt wurden geändert und Handtücher auf Anfrage ersetzt. Schönes Hausbetreuungsteam. Das Front Desk ist sehr empfänglich und hilfsbereit, alle Hotelpersonal ging oben und darüber hinaus, um zu gewährleisten, dass alle eine große Erfahrung hatten. Angesichts der Natur eines Familienhotels, hatte es warme freundliche Vibes. SETTEN RESTAURANT – absolut zu sterben! Bestes Restaurant in Cappadocia hände runter. Frühstück – Beste jemals viele Auswahl. Dienst von wunderschönen Menschen. Abendessen - Es ist eine absolute MUST. Besonders die Muhammara, Mutancana, Testi Kebab und Pumpkin Dessert!!!! Ich empfehle Ihnen, Ihre Touren mit dem Hotel zu buchen, aber sicherzustellen, dass es mit den Hotels Kelebek Tour Company ist, da wir eine erschreckende Erfahrung mit einem Unternehmen im Stadtzentrum hatten. Danke an das wunderbare Personal des Hotels, das unseren Aufenthalt in Cappadocia erinnerelich gemacht hat. Wir sind eifersüchtig Reisende, so glauben Sie mir, wenn ich sage, dieses Hotel ist es gut wert, vor allem die Tatsache, dass es die beste Aussicht, die schönen heißen Luftballons fliegen über Goreme mit vielen Höhlen um Sie herum. This is probably one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced. Everything about this hotel was perfect. Location was great, in the heart of goreme, with a nice terrace that has great view of the balloons. The room was spacious, with really soft and comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel also has a nice restaurant that serves really tasty and full turkish breakfast and nice dinner options, a great taste of the local cuisine. The staff was excellent! Everyone was really friendly and polite, they helped us arrange tours, drivers and taxi. We really felt they were welcoming us into their home. I highly recommend this hotel and I will visit again!

This Hotel is Amazing and truly refreshing to find such a well ran establishment that is dedicated to make you feel as part of the Zara Hotel family. They are genuinely super nice and attentive people. Good breakfast with an amazing view. Their ability to book everything needed at a Very competative price is just more frosting on the cake. I was able to save lots of money by canceling a prior booking for the balloon and booking directly with the hotel. Same with other events/ packages we had booked before coming to Turkey. (I wish I would have known before endless nights of searching for prices). The view from my room and the many Terrazas one never feels clustered at any time and has ample room for memorable pictures. Yes, I left impressed. The closeness to the main shopping area. Again EXCEPTIONAL service. I would recommend the Zara Hotel to anyone. Great Job. From the Nuñez family.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I recommend asking about Ilayda, I have never seen someone so devoted and committed to make your stay perfect, from the accommodation to dinner reservations and activities/places to visit! The rooms were clean and spacious and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
