The room was certainly not like the adverts and far from lived up to expectation. OUr family room on the ground floor was very tired, scuffs on most walls, cobwebs in most corners too. The curved shower curtain rail was barely hanging on as well. We were a family of three but only one cup was provided in the room which was strange. The breakfast was reasonable but no black pudding as advertised. Positives were the blackout curtains and the staff. All the staff we friendly and helpful.

Excellent clean , modern building near the quays, shops, bars and restaurants. My second visit due to watching the rugby so will be back next time. Breakfast is excellent nice fresh and cooked to perfection. I had a premium room which has a fridge nice coffee machine just great.

The hotel was clean, quiet and the rooms were comfy and the ac made the room a comfortable temp. Tea and coffee available and top ups available at reception. Very family friendly. The hotel location is fantastic lots to do on the doorstep at the docks. Lots of places to eat and drink locally. Will definitely be staying again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is in a great location, near to the shopping outlet and a great selection of restaurants and bars. There is free parking for guests and everything is within walking distance. What I didn’t like, on this occasion, was the noise from the air conditioning/heating. We ended up having to take the card out of the slot, to turn the aircon off, which meant the lights didn’t work.

Upon arrival the staff were very friendly & helpful but especially Simone who went above & beyond. The room was clean & comfortable as expected. The problem we had was with breakfast every morning that we stayed, where there were things missing every day like eggs, bacon & sausages plus the hot drinks machine had a limited choice & what was available wasn’t what we wanted. Premier Inn have taken over from Beefeater & unfortunately they haven’t reached a good enough standard & need to improve quickly. We have stayed here before with no problems & the location is perfect for visiting the Quays & town centre.

Usual long delay to check in ,only one member of staff processing arrivals ,neither of the automatic check in terminals working . Unacceptable service for an evening meal ,only four other customers but an hour and a quarter for two courses,one member of staff taking orders ,serving at the bar and delivering meals apparently only one chef on duty would probably have walked out if you had a half full restaurant.Had to go to reception on four separate occasions to have the room key re programmed to enable us to access our room but nobody available to explain why .
