Clean, bed were comfortable, it Didn 't have a musty smell. I did not have an eeky feeling upon entering the room😉

Worse sleep ever!!!! Literally!!!! So let me start with the good, hotel is relatively new which means pretty clean. Rooms are in decent shape. Nothing amazing, but nothing terrible. Location is a positive. Near plenty of restaurants and even a 24 hour 7-11. Now for the bad, parking is TERRIBLE! Not enough spots out front and the garage across the street is a pain. Front desk staff were indifferent. Could not care!!! BUT the worse part, we were put in the corner room over looking the main intersection in the little “town” area. ALL night long cars/motorcycles with loud exhausts revving up and down the main *****. Room 241, 341, 441 avoid at all cost. They provided a noise maker in the room, not in other rooms, clearly hotel management knows it’s an issue. I get it, mgt can’t do anything about the “street racers” but then if you know it’s an issue, instead of a noise maker, put in better insulation. To top it all off, on Saturday morning, chickies restaurant across the street was doing some kind of loud cleaning, with a machine on the street. Location a plus, insulation/sound barrier a huge negative. If you have to stay here stay on the other side of the hotel away from the Main Street area. Good luck.

If I could give a 0 I would. I booked 2 rooms for my sons graduation 1 for my husband & I and 1 for my daughter & son-in-law. My daughter & her husband returned to their room or my room @ 2:30 AM. I was woken up by the 2 of them entering my room. I told them the front desk must have given them a copy of our fob room 220 but their envelope said room 220. They then proceeded to go downstairs to clear up the matter. At 3:00 AM I received a phone call with a very nasty representative saying their names were not on the reservation. I told her it was because she specifically asked me their names so they could pick up their key when they arrived at the hotel. She then hung up on me! They were assigned the same room as my husband & I! Then the next day our room key was cancelled and we couldn't get back into our room. I went to the front desk and asked to speak with the Manger and I was told they were on a conference call. Shouldn't they have spoken with their guest first? I left my cell phone number. Needless to say I never received a return call from their manager! Absolutely horrendous customer service!!!! Also, the pillows were terrible!

This hotel is not for your business traveler. To start parking is terrible, 20 spaces then you have to go to the garage filled with college students parking in Courtyard Reserved parking. Front Desk attendants are clueless. No recognition or Titanium status or higher. Why would you provide a room a terrible location and quality and handicap to a loyal Bonvoy member. Uppon checkout was told couldn’t use another card to close the stay out.. I stay over 100 nights at Marriott properties and this is the first issue I have had. If you are coming to visit family or to the college it may be fine. However, if you are a business traveler with other options, I would take them..

I spent almost a month in this hotel, on business. The place is quiet. The rooms are equipped with a microwave oven and a small fridge, as well as a coffee maker. There is no kettle. The welcome is very professional, and gets warmer the longer you stay. The pool/spa area is pleasant. Reservations are required at reception. Room cleaning is available on request. I'll be coming back for my work and I'm looking forward to it.

They quoted me one rate when I extended our stay to Friday & Saturday night and then charged a significantly higher rate Saturday night & refused to honor their quote. Extreme poor customer service from management as it took multiple calls to even get a response.

On September 11 I booked a hotel room at this establishment for one evening on October 19 as we had an engagement in the New Jersey area and it was a prepaid for the evening. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the reservation due to a death in the family as it was a prepaid room we would not be able to get a reimbursement for the evening I also asked if we could reinstate the reservation as we decided not to cancel our plans for that evening. The person I spoke with said that we could not reinstate the reservation but we could book another room and have to pay for it. Also, we were told that we would receive an email from the hotel letting us know about the reinstatement. It has been six days and I have not heard anything.I am very disappointed in this Marriott that they cannot understand that there is a death in the family. If we have another engagement in the New Jersey area. We will not be staying at this location.

My husband was scheduled for a conference and the Courtyard Glassboro Rowan University by Marriott was the hotel that had the conference rates. I reserved a room for 2 nights. The same day my husband found out thtat he would need to attend the post conference activity so I made another reservation for the next two nights. Prior to our arrival I broke my foot. The break was complete and a weight bearing bone so it required surgery with pins and screws. The surgery was 2 days before we left to come to this conference. On check in my husband said he had two separate reservations and wanted a room where we would not need to change. They said no problem and gave us a handicapped room close to the elevator. After the first 2 nights I received a call from the front desk telling me they would have to check us out and then back in again. Once they did that we would have two new room keys which they could bring up to our room. I thanked him and that was the end of the conversation. Forty five minutes later I received a second call from the desk saying we had to switch rooms. Our second two nights was for a cheaper room. The first two nights we were in a room with two queen beds. The room they had to move us to had a king size bed. It was also two floors up. I responded that we were assured we did not have to switch rooms. The reply was that they were booked and needed our room. I said I did not have a way to move all our belongings to another room. I had a broken foot which I just had surgery on. My husband was tied up at the conference to late evening. He put me on hold. He then came back and said he was moving me a few doors down the hall on the same floor we presently were on. I informed him that it did not matter what room he moved us to I could not move all our stuff. He said he would send up a dolly. I said that still would not help because I was not allowed to put any weight on my foot. He said he would send up a porter to help. This young guy arrives. He sees all the stuff we had and left and came back with this huge bag in which he just threw as much as he could. It took two trips with the dolly full. Everything was either put on the floor or on the couch and then he left. I was left to put everything away all by myself - with a broken foot. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and the treatment we received was by far the worst of any hotel we have ever stayed at.

Surge pricing based on Rowan activities. $322 for one night in Glassboro? You can say at the Borgata for less. Beds Ned replacing. Ours was so saggy we practically rolled into the center. Front desk staff ok not great. Needs a makeover stat for these prices.
