"Wow, brand new super modern luxury hotel. Excellent service from the minute you arrive. Stylish and large bedroom room with huge comfortable bed. Incredible views of the bay from the Terrace and pool. Croquet was fun. Decent parking and secure garage, with ramp ok for low cars (eg Ferrari / Lamborghini etc) Short walk to metro to central bilbao, or to Getxo old port for Pintxos."

"The room and bed are very big! Facing the sea! But there is a restaurant downstairs and the whole room is full of smoke. You have to open the window for ventilation! I couldn't sleep for two nights because mosquitoes came in with the window open! The TV is very small and old! It is incomparable with the same price in China! "Lack of empathy, flexibility, and rigid treatment. They only care about making money at any cost. After a misunderstanding with my reservation, the hotel was completely inflexible, even though the situation could have been resolved with a little understanding and flexibility. What was most surprising was the lack of proactive communication on their part. I didn't even receive a simple attempt to contact me to confirm my presence, which could have prevented this situation. Unfortunately, the response from the assistant manager, Xavier Caballero, was completely inconsiderate and lacked any empathy. Instead of trying to understand both sides and seek a reasonable solution, he simply blamed the customer without showing any interest in finding an alternative. In my opinion, this type of attitude reflects a serious lack of tact and professionalism, essential characteristics in an industry like the hotel industry. It's a shame that, instead of valuing customers and their loyalty, they prioritize solely the economic aspect without any consideration. The lack of flexibility and empathy in such a simple situation has left much to be desired. I hope that, at the very least, this experience will help you reflect and improve your treatment of guests."

"We went here for a big family wedding and we had a wonderful time we all got together ate drank and danced the food was ok the drink great but gradually we noticed one waitress who was rude and abrupt . She was a middle aged lady with long dark hair and she was intolerable. Also there was a younger waitress with glasses long dark hair and young who was always smiling and helpful who was great we loved her . The other waiters were ok friendly and nice in spite of a challenging environment with 200 guests . This place needs a little investment just to send it to the next level some of the old timbers outside are rotten and need replacing ."

"Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte in diesem traumhaften Hotel in einem wunderschönen Gebäude. Das Haus und die Umgebung ist perfekt. Das innere des Hauses ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und riecht sehr erfrischend. Leider ist das Personal für dieses 5 Sterne Hotel nicht würdig. Vom Concierge, zu der Reception bis zum Servicepersonal, es fehlt an Leidenschaft und Können. Man hat das Gefühl man sei in einer Hotelfachschule. 10% vom Personal sind sehr nett und bemüht, die anderen 90% sind in der Lernphase. Wir finden es schön das Personal ausgeblidet wird, aber in so einem wunderschönen Hotel mit 5 Sternen stimmt das Verhältnis nicht. Da das Hotel erst 2023 eröffnet wurde, hoffen wir, dass das Personal schnell alles in Griff bekommt und dan ist das Hotel wirklich traumhaft! Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Hotel, da es wirklich wunderschön ist und sehr zum empfehlen!"

"Sehr nettes Hotel direkt am Meer, nur die autofreie Strandpromenade liegt zwischen Hotel und Meer. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind deshalb recht ruhig, teilweise haben sie Balkon oder Terrasse (sogar mit Liegen), teilweise aber auch nicht. Das scheint preislich keinen Unterschied auszumachen. Das Hotel ist eine 2003 renovierte alte Villa mit viel Charme, aber eben kein hochmodernes, gesichtsloses Hotel. Unsere beiden Zimmer mit Meerblick lagen übereinander. Das untere Zimmer hatte eine Terrasse mit Liegen und großen bodentiefen Fenstern, das obere Zimmer hatte nur ein bodentiefes Fenster, dafür ein Fenster im Bad/WC zum Lüften. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer gleich. Eine Nespresso erfreute uns am Morgen ebenso wie täglich frisches Wasser. Den bestens gefüllten Kühlschrank haben wir nicht genutzt, sondern sind lieber am späten Nachmittag in den schönen Hotelgarten auf ein Bier oder einen Aperol gegangen. Da sitzt man wunderbar unter Tamariskenbäumen. Das Restaurant war sehr gut, Beratung inclusive. Auch das Frühstück war wunderbar, alles da. Man konnte auch im Garten essen. Die Lage des Hitels ist hervorragend. In gut fünf Gehminuten ist man an der Metrostation Gebela, um in die Innenstadt zu fahren, zu Fuß kann man problemlos zur Biscayaschwebebrücke laufen und auf der anderen Flussseite essen gehen oder in östliche Richtung zu den Stränden laufen, den alten alten Hafen mit vielen Restaurants am Hang besuchen, ein Rad im Hotel mieten…"
