Merchant Hotel

The hotel room just ok. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking lot is free provided by the hotel but limited. Deposit rm100 when you check in to the hotel. Easy to get food and drinks by walking around the hotel.

Overall it is good, no need to worry about parking, and the service is nice. However the bathtub is quite old, also got hair, and hard to remove the blocker for the water to flow out since there is no support above it.

A clean hotel easy location to F&B,easy parking ,Friendly staff front desk ,Easy amenities request. Need some mentenance in room. Has have ANTs 🐜 near wardrobe.

Very comfortable room.Staff were amazing always out to help you .Great location. Many amazing restaurants around.

Good budget hotel with a convenient location! 🏨 The hotel is budget-friendly, clean and tidy. The room is simple but comfortable, and I think it’s suitable for the price. Surprisingly, the room also comes with a bathtub, which is a nice bonus! The location is very convenient and easy to access, and it’s right next to Beryl’s, so u can stop by there. If you’re not particular about the hotel environment or looking for a hotel with beautiful gardens and lots of facilities, this would be a good choice. For a short stay and a reasonable price, I would definitely consider staying here again. 👍

This is first time I checked in this hotel, feeling not bad. It is a heritage building, surrounding very convenient, nearby have a food court, prawn mee taste good! Michelle Yeo is this prawn mee lover also 😊

The location is good and near to many attractions. near to the convenience store and walking distance to tourist spot also very near. Easy to get the food and drinks by walking distance. The room is clean and comfortable. Air conditioning not too cold. It takes a long time to feel cold. Other than that everything is good. Recommended to stay for short or long term. Parking is free provided by the hotel but limited. Staff hotel is helpful and friendly. So far, everything looks good 👍 Check-in was smooth, and the room is clean and comfortable.

This was my first time staying here. The location was convenient, the room was very clean, and overall the price was acceptable.
