Ich liebe dieses Hotel 😭😭😭. Es gibt wunderschöne Strände direkt im Hotel, einen schönen Swimmingpool und ein köstliches Restaurant!! 😭😭 und abends gibt es Musikerauftritte (das finde ich echt toll)!! Das Personal dort ist einfach sooo hilfsbereit!! Unser Schnorchelausflug nach Stingray City wurde beispielsweise von dem Agenten, den wir gebucht hatten, abgesagt, aber dann war der Kapitän von Cayman Sun Splash Tours einfach SOOO hilfsbereit und hat uns geholfen, einen anderen Agenten auf den Cayman-Inseln anzurufen, und schließlich haben wir vor unserer Abreise einen Ausflug nach Stingray City gemacht 😭😭 dafür sind wir absolut dankbar!! Insgesamt war die Erfahrung für mich und meine Freunde einfach soooo gut und ich würde dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen!!

Hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Ich habe es geliebt, mein Buch auf der Aussichtsplattform zu lesen!!! Alle Mitarbeiter waren superfreundlich und einladend! Renoir und Victoria waren absolut fantastisch! Ich werde wiederkommen ♥️

We visited the island on a cruise ship and bought a day pass for this lovely resort. We had a wonderful day in a beautiful place with manicured lawns and a lovely pool. There is beach access, but the beach is rocky, though the water is clear lunch was delicious, and Aida was an excellent server. We look forward to returning the next time we cruise here.

Had the best vacation to date at the Grand Caymanian. Upon arrival, we were upgraded from a 1bd/1bath suite to an ocean-front suite with 2bd/2bath, full kitchen and wrap around balcony, as well as a $30 daily credit at the restaurant and bar. The resort was a quick 5-minute drive to 7-mile beach, and just across the street from our Stingray City excursion. The site was clean, beautiful and quiet during our weekend stay. Staff was amazing. Will definitely be returning ASAP!

I celebrated my birthday with my family. It was a wonderful experience. The check in was great. I'm always happy to see Renoir. I also met a housekeeper that I knew from before: Sharon. My husband and I went to the restaurant and bar as well. We enjoyed our meals. The only issue that we had was the internet. A router is a simple thing to put in the dining/living room area so we can use the table to go on our computer. Also the t.v. gave some trouble as well.

Had a great stay like always. The grounds look beautiful. However just would like the kitchen to be better equipped. No measuring cups, bare minimum of plates, utensils, cups and glasses. No dish cloth or dish towels. We could not turn the kitchen faucet from side to side because it was frozen in place and when we pulled the faucet head to extend the hose, it was frayed and looked ready to break. Also a Keurig coffee maker wouldn’t cost that much. The safe was also broken. Just these small inexpensive upgrades would make our stay so much better.

This the best deal on island for pickleball on island. You can rent one of the two courts for 40 KYD. When finished playing you get a coupon for 40 KYD at their restaurant, Driftwood Bar & Grill (which has excellent, friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere).

Beds comfortable, housekeeping was great! All of the staff friendly and helpful. Good food and strong drinks. Pool was the perfect temperature and the ocean,of course, was always gorgeous. We would love to come back and visit some time soon

Listen , I’ve read thru all the reviews and quite frankly , some of the low scoring ones aren’t really fair . I’ve been coming to GC for about a decade now . I’m titanium with Marriott / Ritz ., stayed both places more than once I’ve stayed at Kimpton, Westin, the condos at Caribbean Club ..etc . All of those places have had room issues at more than double the cost to stay , Ritz quadruple the cost per night. Staff issues run the gamut , as I could give you instances in all of those aforementioned places, with staff so out of touch and out of line , they should have been fired on the spot . The beach on 7 mile has very few spots to date , that are glistening and inviting like in the day . Recent storms and erosion have altered it in many stretches , so it’s not exactly stellar . The GC and HI are what they are . They don’t advertise as high end nor do they compete for that market segment . The rooms and 2 bedroom villas in both places are adequate, and the staff , minus a rogue employee , work with the amenities and property at large . 3 star properties , give you just that , occasionally above that in service and view . I chose to stay at both because I don’t care about jumping in the ocean or the need for Ferragamo toiletries , down pillows and Frette bedding . That’s not why I select these properties . I’m fortunate to be able to include nice things in my daily life so coming to GC is about the chill , vibe and the people I’ve come to know . There is a simple shuttle to get you onto the beach , plenty of beautiful views and the bar and restaurant are fun and equal to a good Neighborhood hang out . If your soending un
