Location is good. Walking distance from a lot of food and convenience stores and there's no need to go all the way up to the mountain top. However, the cleanliness needs to be greatly improved. There were many cobwebs and spiders in the rooms. The sofa has a lot of stains as well as one of the bed sheets. Front desk service needs improvement as the 3pm check-in queue was roughly 30-40 minutes. Front desk staff are not very helpful as they are unaware of any of the hotel's facilities, events or amenities. Check-out was another disaster as the wait for the lift was on average 45 minutes. If you book the mountain room, there's a main stretch of road where much of the road noise can be heard all night. If you book the city view, you have to deal with the on going construction noise nearby. You're expected to keep the place clean and dispose of any garbage at the refuse room, but they didn't provide any garbage bags. Overall, its decent for a casual stay - a bed to sleep on, hot water to shower, small kitchen to cook instant noodles if you need to, free parking for hotel guests - but don't expect much else. No comment on the facilities as I didn't use them.

The location wasn't ideal, the maintenance was lacking, and the amenities were basic.

It was a good impression to stay at this hotel in most aspect . I trust the check in and out counter should improve the ID design to blend the status of this hotel.well kept in- house hotel facilities and keep it up......thanks

We check in at night (9pm) and the check in process was super super late. We are already tired the whole day and then check in process is taking a lot of time. Also the deposit required was a bit high. The room is nice and cozy. Note that this unit has no airconditioner, minus point for that but overall it was a great stay. Minus point also for the elevator. The elevator is taking a lot of time and always full. We had to wait almost 10 minutes to get into elevator. Very very unpleasant experience for us. Please improve the smoothness of check in and check out process.

The location was strategic given that we drove up ourselves. Check in flow is not as seamless as the lobby was located at 2nd floor and we will need to stop by for check in first before we could park our car.
