I stayed here a few night for a business meeting, but it was the worsed experience I ever had in Belgium. This nice building , in need for a lot of rstauratian is situated in the center of the city. - lack of service, reception is never staffed - rooms ar not at the level , the bed is not comfortable, bathroom needs good soap and a hairdryer - internet is of bad quality , all message I send form here did not arrive at destination - breakfast is not ia buffet one, served at the table, but waiting time is half an hour - only drinks available to take to room ars0.2l coke, no wateravailable - the furniture in the room is a shame, the desk is that small and unacceptable for a businesshotel, the ligh on the desk is poor and to be ashamed of - even after a lot of request they refuse to send me the invoice - in case you need a service, or an information , you have to call the owner on her mobile -lack of a lobby , the breakfast-room can only be accesed in the morning - lack of staff is a servere problem In my opinion, a hotel to avoid , certainly no business-hotel
