Browar Hevelius Apartments

The apartment i stayed had a modern look with very good internet connection, so it was easy to conduct my work calls from the room. I also liked that the room had a washing machine - very handy for longer stays. The location is very easily accessible, and just a short ride to the center, and the airport. There's always a receptionist on duty, and they speak good English, so communication was not a problem in case you need some information about the beutiful city.

I went with my partner and we had a blast. This place makes for a great base to do some exploring. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the location is convenient. Thanks guys! Hope to be back soon :)

First - and most important - the young chap on reception was really first rate; friendly, welcoming and helpful. The building and its' immediate surroundings are attractive and the rooms are obviously newly finished and in tip-top condition. I think, in fairness to the place, that perhaps I'm just not the guest they have in mind... as a business traveller for a short (3 night) stay, I found there were too many things that were simply not meeting my needs. 1. Parking is cheap, but some way away and not very convenient for going in & out (the hotel has an arrangement with the nearby shopping centre). It's not possible to park anywhere adjacent to the hotel 2. There was nowhere to work except the small dining table - which is too far away from a power outlet for me to plug in my laptop. To be near power, I had to use a small side table which didn't properly hold the computer and didn't have room for anything else 3 Noise - there was a very large & really quite noisy piece of ventilation equipment under my windows - all of which had, therefore, to be closed at night. With no a/c in a muggy August, that wasn't great 4 On the subject of windows, there were other flats/rooms opposite me within a few metres (let's say a car length), but there were no net curtains/sheers to provide any privacy - so everything on show or the curtains closed (which isn't very appealing on a long summer evening) 5 Breakfast is not just not included, there isn't any - you need to know that in advance and shop accordingly. There isn't even a coffee machine, I had to find a cafe to bring a cup back to the room. There should at least be a pod-type machine... On the plus side; there's a huge TV opposite the sofa (Polish channels only, but I assume it might be possible to cast one's computer or phone), the kitchen is well equipped with crockery, cutlery & cooking equipment, the bedroom blackout is good, the shower is good. I would absolutely not suggest this place be avoided, but please make sure you understand what you are (and are not) getting... this review is based on my experience

Znakomita lokalizacja, blisko kolejki SKM, która szybko można dotrzeć do centrum Gdańska lub do Sopotu. Do centrum handlowego Metropolia i Galeria Baltycka jest odległość małego spaceru. Sam aparhitel to odrestaurowany stary Browar. Spałem w bardzo przestronnym apartamencie. Pracownicy bardzo zaangażowani,uśmiechnięci i pomocni. W pokoju było czysto.Na miejscu jest restauracja,która będzie otwarta 20.07. Następnym razem chętnie sprawdzę menu,bo zapowiada się bardzo interesująco.
