Gardone Palace Hotel

We’ve been back in Gardone Riviera after 3 years, and as in august 2019 we had a good stay, we went back to the Mefuta Hotel. When we arrived, we got told that our room was upgraded, which was great! Once we got to the room, with a very nice view on the lake, everything was perfect. Unfortunately, we got disappointed when we realized that the hotel makes a huge difference between high and low season, which I can partially understand. BUT having a freezing room with no heater working (especially when it’s cold outside), a limited breakfast and a closed spa (because of Covid) is disappointing for clients who paid 200€ per night. The solution for the cold room was a small heater from the hotel, who saved our stay, otherwise it would have been impossible sleeping there. Regarding the breakfast, there was no choice, no scrambled eggs, an very hard Nutella and like just 3 croissants. When we asked for more or other things, the answer was always the same: as we are in low season, and less than X rooms, they don’t let come a cook for the breakfast, and don’t turn on the heater, and don’t do this and don’t do that… and and and… it was very annoying. I definitely don’t go back to this hotel if I would come back to the Lake Garda one day. Not worth it.

Soggiorno di una settimana al Mefuta hotel e la considero una piacevole esperienza. Vicino al centro di Gardone Riviera, parcheggio di fronte, arredamento di design con dei pezzi antichi, un insieme personale ed accogliente. Le stanze sono un po' piccole ma la pulizia è ottima, grande terrazza solarium accessibile con ascensore. Colazione con buona scelta di dolce e salato. Personale cortese e preparato. Una menzione per il gentile titolare, Sig. Mauro, sempre premuroso con mia madre che ha difficoltà motorie, e tutto ciò negli alberghi non è scontato. Un hotel tranquillo ed elegante, in linea con la bella Gardone Paola, Portovenere.

Abbiamo passato alcuni giorni in questo Hotel colazione molto scarsa solo Brioches credo surgelate, due torte , e pane e poco altro, la stagione per loro è quasi finita, però lo standard dovrebbe essere mantenuto fino alla fine visto che il prezzo non si è ribassato di tanto.Ho trovato davvero ESAGERATOIL PREZZO PER IL CANE, ho pagato €13,00 al giorno per un cagnolino di Kg2. Non ci torneremo, si può trovare di meglioi per un 4 stelle

Esteriormente molto bello, situato a pochi passi dal lago. Personale in reception cordiale e accogliente. La camera in cui ho soggiornata pulita e confortevole, però un po piccola. Hotel dotato di un'ampia terrazza con lettini e zona relax.
