Unser Paar Aufenthalt war großartig in Radisson in GIFT Stadt. Von der ersten mit Gepäcktransport, um zu helfen Desk bis zum Restaurant bis zu Zimmern bis zum Zimmerservice für das Personal, alles war eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Sehr kooperatives Personal. Besonderes Dank an das Personal des Büros und Restaurant Chef für unsere Lebensmittelgeschmack wunderbar.

Some amenities as mentioned in my voucher have not been provided. Personnel said that those items have been wrongly printed by make my trip. Even they informed me that some amenities as mentioned are not at all available in that hotel. It is certainly a kind of cheating for me, for which i don't know who is responsible. Even they advised me not to book hotel through make my trip in future, as it often misleads the customers. I am bringing this to the notice of make my trip and requesting to take proper action.

Dear tribeca hotel management, i recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, i had a disappointing experience that i feel compelled to bring to your attention. 1. Bathroom cleanliness: the bathroom was not cleaned properly before my arrival. Basic amenities such as a bucket were also missing, which caused great inconvenience. 2. Breakfast experience: the complimentary breakfast was far below expectations. Only two items were available, ***** with a few fruits, which is not sufficient or satisfactory for guests. The quality and variety of the breakfast need serious improvement. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests. J'étais bien logé et le personnel est acceuillant

Hygiene was little problem. They served tea in cup which was not clean. The owner plays loud devotional music in the morning, which can be disturbing. Geyser in the room did not work properly, gave lukewarm water. There was 1 inch gap between wall and room partition so i could clearly hear people next door. Ac worked fine, lights were fine.
