The atmosphere and service was amazing. The food was great I loved the dessert Gita recommended to me it was delish ❤️ her service was fantastic and she made our experience very welcoming and enjoyable, would highly recommend to everyone : )

The hotel is amazing and dinner at The Pullman was fabulous! Not only was the food excellent, but the service we received from Thomas was top notch! We would love to come back and stay here again and would definitely dine at The Pullman again! Also, be sure to book the Falconry experience - a big highlight of our trip so far!

A very special experience. Great staff. Hugo looked after us really well. Great food. Great location. We would do this again at some stage in the future. It was lovely to see the Pullman carriages used on the Orient Express. Makes us want to do the real thing.

Our family of five (young adult kids) stayed for three nights in June 2024. Excellent experience. Loved the location right outside of the city with easy access to downtown via hotel shuttle. Falconry experience was fascinating and we enjoyed Pullman restaurant as well. Comfy rooms. Staff was very warm and helpful. Best scones we found in Ireland!

We had the pleasure of getting married at Glenlo Abbey Hotel & Estate on 03 May. We had both our ceremony and reception on the grounds and we both agree that it couldn’t have gone any better. Kathryn and Donal in Particular were excellent to deal with and went over and beyond every step of the way. We would recommend this hotel just for the staff alone, but with the combination of staff, scenery and exquisite service we would strongly encourage people to choose Glenlo Abbey as their wedding venue.

Awesome servers, it was a great pleasure! Afternoon tea was a new experience! Our servers Oijin, Kimi and Donal were outstanding! Great at explaining everything and took care of our every need! ☘️ Food was SO good, lots of tea options! Will definitely do this again!

Our group of 14 had the most wonderful tea room experience at Glenlow Abbey Estate, and I can’t speak highly enough of the incredible staff. With very little notice, they graciously arranged seating for all of us at the end of their season, showing genuine hospitality from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Oisín, Kimi, and Donal, who made the experience so memorable. They catered beautifully to one of our party members with several food allergies, offering a delightful selection of treats for everyone. Even though one of the servers was only on their second day, the service was flawless. We left feeling well-cared for and immensely satisfied. If you’re looking for a tea room experience that goes above and beyond, this is the place to visit!
