Harbor House Hotel and Marina

From start to finish Ms. Dee at Harbor House was very helpful with my reservation,settling in my room and giving information about what to expect for my first cruise experience. You can take a shuttle to the port or walk from the Harbor House Hotel. Very convenient and satisfying to view the ship from the hotel. It took me less than ten minutes to walk from port to the Hotel. Ms. Dee and her associates are awesome!!!

Booked this hotel for one night before a cruise. We arrived late at around 10pm. Check in was ok, the man there wasn’t very informative or overly nice. The room was ok, but very dark. The beds seemed to be clean, but the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We were asked about taking the shuttle to the cruise port which we signed up for. The next morning the bill was under my door with a $15 charge for shuttle on it. We got a phone call from Dee saying shuttle was running late and it wouldnt pick us up until 11:35. Our check in time at port was 11-11:30 so we decided to walk. We stopped at front desk and spoke to a lady with black hair and she said no problem, we will refund you the $15. I checked my CC when I got home and no refund so I emailed them and got no response. I would find somewhere else if I come back to area. Clearly the employees and management here are lacking. It is way overpriced for those rooms and they charge you for services you didn’t use. Also the breakfast is the worst we have ever had and we travel a lot.

Such a cozy stay with a beautiful view of the boats coming in and out.Dee at the front desk was so awesome and personable. Had wonderful recommendations for food and checked on me every time she saw me. The customer service was excellent and I will definitely be back.

Beatrice was a wonderful front desk clerk. Very easy check in process and she was very knowledgeable of the area! Also offered wonderful suggestions for dinner options as well as nightlife locations. Beautiful marina view from our room and would definitely stay here again!

I booked this room quite some time ago and frankly picked it because of the proximity to the Carnival Breeze. We travel a lot and experience good and bad with hotels. This is better than good. We began with Dee, the receptionist. She is a wealth of information on the area and just a good person. Fun to talk to and good at her job. She made sure that we knew and were booked on the bus to take us over in the morning. From there to a huge, modern room. The king size bed and firm, fluffy pillows were what I needed with a bed sinus headache from flying. The bathroom is also large and well done. A big shower and lots of water pressure. This is definitely a nice surprise. PS. Also she gave us a free dessert coupon for Willie G’s which is an excellent place for lunch.

The bed is amazing and room is awesome. We had room 202 on Dee's recommendation and it was awesome. The room is very spacious and well laid out. Dee was awesome when we were checking in and recommend dining nearby and even made sure that we had our parking for our cruise. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Dee was a ray of sunshine on a rainy Saturday. Check in was quick and easy. What a great way to start off a little weekend get a way! The room was perfect with a harbor view we watched the cruise ships leave. Perfect lot and walking distance to everything we wanted to do during our stay. It all started with Dee and her happy personality!

Our 5 stars is based on the service we received from Dee. Dee acknowledged us immediately upon our arrival and has been extremely friendly and amazing until we left the next morning. Her extreme customer service outweighed the customer service of Travis, whom never acknowledged us and made us feel like we didn't belong here. Thank you Dee for making us feel welcome and happy.

Dee took care of us from the get go. It was our first trip here and couldn't ask for a better room with a view or service! The room is very clean a d modern. Great restaurants only a few steps away. Boats in and out of the harbor are cool to watch. Will stay here again for sure
