Best Western Plus Seawall Inn Suites by the Beach

Great location, not on the beach but very close. Very large rooms with good storage. Lots of counter space in the bath room. Many options offered at breakfast, including my favorite Best Western Texas waffles. VERY pleasant front desk staff (Elizabeth). Lots of top rated YELP restaurants near by.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The decor of the common areas is borderline Shappy. The linens in the room were very nice but the furniture was a little beat up. the tile in the bathroom had cracks. A lamp in the room was rusted. The wall in the halls and the elevator were scraped.

I have booked this hotel for 5 nights. There is no power at the hotel at the first day. I had to stay somewhere in the night with my daughter because of it. The second day there was no Wi-Fi. The hotel staff and hotel owner promised that night’s stay can be refunded so I continued the reservation. They keep saying that they can refund that night’s money but after checking out they didn’t refund instead I had to pay for all days. when I asked the hotel owner about this he was really mad and used abuse language and said get out of my hotel. Then he called the cops and said I was forcing him for refund and I am using abuse language. I immediately took my luggage and ran from hotel. He followed me and chased me. I came to an apartment where my cousin was living and then he went to leasing office and had abused talk with them and called cops again and said they will come the apartment This was terrible experience in my life. I didn’t expect this kind of rude behavior and for couple of hours I was in shock and shivering. I don’t know is this the way the hotel owner treats a lady with a teenage daughter? I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our family came to enjoy our 5 day beach trip and Best Western Plus exceeded our expectations, just like it did last year which is why we chose it again! This hotel is so clean, the beds are super comfortable, very family oriented, the breakfast buffet was above and beyond. The staff were so helpful and nice, offering assistance without us asking or anything. All of the amenities added that much more fun to the trip! Thank you! We’ll be back.

Room was very clean, especially considering the amount of sand that is tracked in. The staff was nice and helpful! The complimentary breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Close to Stewart Beach, which is great for families.

I cannot rave enough about this hotel. The staff is always so welcoming and courteous. The hotel itself is well maintained and always smells nice. The coffee is great. The hotel is conveniently located and is a quick commute to the cruise terminal, activities and restaurants on the island and right across from the beach. They also offer free breakfast, wifi and parking!

Room smell was so bad that my eyes were burning and my fiancés throat was swelling. The fumes were so bad that you actually had the fumes taste in your mouth. After wanting to call Corporate to file a complaint we were ask to leave with police escort. The manager in charge would not give us another room, said there was only one left, a Suite and wouldn’t move us because someone else might come in and want it. Plus it would be too much trouble for them to re-clean the room we were in even though we had only been in for less than 2 hours

It was easy to get to but just far enough out to be quiet. Was clean, people were very friendly. Had a nice breakfast to grab before boarding our ship.
