Here is the list of things that were not working:
Front door (they had to leave it open)
Elevator (we were on the third floor)
Ice machine
The sheet on the bed had a stain that looked like feces. We didn't notice until the next day.

This is by far the nastiest hotel I’ve ever been in, there is no way they have return business. This is the kind of filth that builds over time and not something that might have been overlooked a time or two. The poor state of this property has nothing to do with staff, this is a total lack of upkeep by the owner. The carpet is moldy by the A/C due to it leaking and the walls are rotted around it, something like that doesn’t happen overnight. There are dusty cobwebs all around the ceilings, the furniture is stained and filthy. The faucet in the bathtub was broken, the toilet seat had BURN marks all over it. Breakfast is the usual but they don’t stock any condiments (coffee creamer, butter, jelly, cream cheese) so black coffee and dry toast for everyone

Employees are friendly and location is good. Those are the ONLY positive things about this hotel. The vents in my room were caked with grime...baby flies in my sink & tub every morning...holes in the walls where the baseboards were removed and never replaced plus cracked paint & scraped up doors & desk...headboard had greasy fingerprints on it...phone & coffee maker were filthy....elevator was sketchy and other than the waffles, the breakfast consisted of bacon swimming in grease & rubber eggs. Though I didnt go to the pool, other guests suggested not doing so since it & the hot tup were disgusting. There are plenty of other options within minutes of this hotel. I suggest you try one of those.

Do NOT stay here...would not recommend at all! I have reached out, emailed and have not been contacted at all in regards to my unhappiness of my stay! If I started writing about my stay, I would run out of character space since there was so much wrong with it...

Cobwebs from lights to ceiling. Roaches in the bathroom. Refrigerator had water in it but was cool. The shower head operated poorly. The beds seemed clean and were tolerable. Due to the overall circumstances, we have decided we would not be staying here again.

the rooms were huge and modern and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and really good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was very good. They had their typical continental breakfast and ALSO had scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, grilled cheese sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and potato wedges.

Comfort Suites was very Clean! The rooms are Spacious with Comfortable beds! Nadine was very helpful at check in. Corned beef hash was served during breakfast and the cheesy eggs were hot and fresh every morning. If we’re ever in the area again we will stay at this location again.

Excellent hotel, super friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room with wifi and a desk to work. The hotel includes all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Close to everything you need in Gainesville. Thank you for a great stay.

Very nice experience! Spacious and newer rooms. Very nice breakfast. Such a friendly and accommodating staff! They helped me with the free hotel shuttle to airport and even watched my bags so I could check out campus without lugging them around. Would definitely come back!
