We stay at this hotel every time we go to the upstate area. The service is excellent and the food is not too bad. We will continue to come to this hotel because of the service. I do not have any photo’s available of the room or the hotel.

Beaucoup de moisissures dans la douche. Les têtes d’oreiller ont la grandeur d’un petit coussin, très inconfortable. Nous voulions changer de chambre car nous étions situés à côté de l’ascenseur et à cause de la moisissure dans la douche mais il n’y en avait pas d’autre de disponible et nous n’avons pas été en mesure de rejoindre trip pour nous aider avec ce problème.

we had a fine experience with no complaints. The bed was comfortable enough and the TV was good. Bathroom was good with decent water pressure. If I were going to pick on anything, I'd pick on the little square pillows on the bed. I think those are probably a cost cutting measure rather than for guest comfort. They worked fine, but I wasn't a huge fan.

We were visiting family in the upstate and couldn't get a room in the hotel we normally stay in, so we chose this Hampton which was a little out of our way but not bad. This is your typical Hampton Inn that has had some updates in decor but still has some areas that could use some attention due to age. Our room was very clean and comfortable with updated furnishings, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that housekeeping had refreshed our room after our first night of two. The hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate, but we did not hear bad road noise. The breakfast was your usual Hampton breakfast, but the dining area was clean and the staff was friendly. The outlet mall next to the hotel, I'm sad to say, seems to have fallen on hard times. There is a Cracker Barrel steps away from the hotel, and we had a great meal with great service there for the only dinner we ate out while we were there. Overall, I can recommend this Hampton Inn for a clean, comfortable, affordable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn Gaffney. We chose this hotel because it was conveniently located between Kings Mountain Battlefield and Cowpens Battlefield. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bonnie was working when we checked-in and out. (Two others were working when we checked-in. They were nice, as well, but I failed to get their names.) Our room was nice and clean. The breakfast was as good as expected with lots of choices: scrambled eggs, ham, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, waffles, juice, and coffee. The hotel is located beside the Gaffney Outlet Marketplace. There were several restaurants close by. A convenience store/gas station was across the road. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

The hotel was older. The carpets need to be replaced. The front staff was helpful. The AC was noisy throughout the night. A place to stay when on the road. No disasters. Convenient walk to nearby Cracker Barrel for dinner and breakfast. Not an outstanding stay.

Very clean! extremely accessible to the exit and restaurants. Katrina was the front desk clerk and was professional and delightful ensuring I was who I said I was, which makes me feel safe. Well done Hampton Inn! Clean and sleek design and the beds were crisp and clean

Stayed here for one night. Great property. Walking distance to restaurants, gas station The Big E and outlet mall. Great pool. Was the only one in it for over an hour. Even though close to the interstate, hardly heard traffic. Bonnie at checking was awesome as was Leo in the breakfast area. And a bug shout out to Lisa, the manager, on a great property. Will definitely be back.

The hotel itself, was a typical Hampton Inn. It is in need of a little bit of refurbishing, but not terrible. The problem with this hotel is the front desk, specifically with Pat. Normal check-in is 3 PM, however, I arrived at 1 PM and wanted to check in. Not get in the room, If it wasn’t ready, just check in. I’m a lifetime diamond member and could check in on the app, however, the room it was giving me was two beds instead of the one king that I requested when I made the reservation. I wanted to check with the front desk when I got there. Pat, was out front, smoking and eating when I got there, it was an absolute chore for her to come inside to talk with me. She was extremely rude and told me I could not check in until 3 PM. When I told her I’m a lifetime, diamond member and tried to check in on the app - She told me they don’t do that. I know for a fact they do and then she proceeded to tell me she was not going to be intimidated by any diamond member. At that point, I went out and called the Hilton honors diamond desk, and expressed my concern. You would think I would’ve gotten at least an apology, but no nothing. This hotel is a typical Hampton Inn, all the other employees that I encountered were great, especially the gentleman at the front desk at night, and all the breakfast employees. Pat definitely needs retraining.
