Nozo Hotel

Room was very small and view was ugly (roof and another building). However, despite being very small it was well equipped and recently furnished and I had a good sleep. Had dinner and breakfast in hotel. Food was good for both meals. Service in hotel is a bit fussy, they waste time telling you things you don’t want to know, but then when I had a small problem with my room it took ages to get it fixed.

Breakfast each morning was a feast, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly, always ready with a recommendation or a cheerful greeting. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Furano. We were just a short drive from the famous flower fields and several excellent wineries. The staff at the concierge desk were always eager to help us plan our day, offering insider tips on the best times to visit the attractions to avoid crowds. One of the standout features of Nozo Hotel is its onsen, a traditional Japanese hot spring bath. After a day of sightseeing, relaxing in the onsen with its stunning views of the natural surroundings was a perfect way to unwind. In summary, Nozo Hotel in Furano offers an exceptional experience. Nice and new hotel with onsen onsite etc. main negative will be the rooms are really very small..... Barely can fit a couple.

The stay at Nozo Hotel was very pleasant, with exceptionally pleasant staff who can speak English with native proficiency, ensuring a comfortable experience for English-speaking guests. However, the buffet is overpriced, and there is no à la carte option available, severely limiting dining choices for guests.

hotel was good but it was hard to get to use the washer as there were only 2 available. some were in use for 2h or more at a time as they were using the dryer function, causing us to have to wait at least 1h each time to wash a batch of clothes.

Location is at the top of the hill steps away from the Furano ski station. Superb staff!
