We have visited this hotel countless times since it opened in 2001. This is our 3rd time in 2024 and we will be back in November (my wife also came alone in May). I have read reviews by other guests and make the following observations: Those who are complaining appear not to have done so until after they left by leaving a bad review. Our experience is that if you raise concerns whilst you are there, they listen and almost always act. Including moving rooms if they can possibly accommodate that. Even if you’re on a package, if you contact them in advance with preferences like a quiet room high floor, they will try to sort it out. The orientation of the hotel means not all rooms get sun all day long, in fact most get either morning or afternoon sun and in some cases only for a short period of the day. They cannot control nature, so don’t complain about that. There is some road noise, the motorway is close by. However, if you keep the doors closed at night it should not be an issue. I’m a light sleeper and it doesn’t bother me. You may hear reviews saying someone got mugged. These things can happen, although in 20+ years of coming here multiple times, we have never experienced it. My wife has been alone here several times, we both feel safe with that. Same as you would do anywhere, walking alone late at night in dimly lit places is not a good idea. It’s a family hotel, they try to cater for all guests. Sometimes you may not want the entertainment or the animation activities, they make no apology for trying to cater for everyone. The pool is large and they have plenty of beds, you should always be able to find some, if not in your preferred location. They try to deter guests from queuing and leaving towels. If you see it report it to the staff. It doesn’t have a formal restaurant but has a food offer with the usual poolside meals and offer a service for breakfast and meals from the main bar too. We love this hotel, which is why we keep coming back and we have developed a relationship with many of the staff by talking to them. Please don’t leave a bad review without seeking someone out at reception first. Our experience is that they always try to do their best. Including throwing people out of the hotel who came on a package and decided to have a big brawl in the bar. (Many years ago now). It’s a friendly family hotel, with friendly helpful staff, they don’t always get it right 100% of the time because they are human. But given the chance will make it right if you just politely ask them.

This hotel has good points and some not so good. Firstly its a lovely clean hotel cleaners constantly around rooms serviced every day. Recpetion staff great always on hand to help book trips taxies etc. Pool area lovely. Now the bad points firstly on arrival we were informed that there was going to be extra charge for pool view from january 25 could be 12e or 20e per night depending on time of year i asked if we booked through travel agency would it automatically include in booking they didn't know noone wants an extra charge like that on arrival it will become a two tier hotel. The pool didn't open until 10am and for last two days it changed to 10.30am very late if you don't want to be out between 12 n 3 can't see a reason for this. And god help anyone in block beside paddle courts noise horrendous all day talk around pool guests not happy and entertainment finished on sat 14th sept which is very early as hotel still full and plenty of children still around with a result bar very quiet at night no atmosphere we had to go elsewhere for entertainment. Have stayed in other hotels in this area and never had this problem.

Die Wang brauchte eine Straße, um an der Küste zu gelangen. Am 30. Dezember bleibe ich. Obwohl es nicht möglich ist, den Meeresboden zu verlassen, kann ein langer Mantel auch das Wetter (wie kalt) behalten und die geografische Lage ist günstig. Obwohl er vom Elektronikgerät abgesperrt wurde, ist Trip.com auch zu freundlich (dachte, er würde sich treffen), unter schwierigen Umständen, mit der Hotelsprache zu kommunizieren, helfen Sie uns, rechtzeitig zu bearbeiten! Satyed for 2 weeks on half board for 1st 2 weeks of school holidays. 4 adults and 2 children. Checking in was very quick and easy. Arranged a credit facility for my wife and I so we could settle any bills at the end of the holiday. No problem and reception were very helpful. Rooms were large, very clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very good. The only downside to our room was it being on the side where the sun was full on the balcony for the afternoon and evening making it very warm to sit out on. The proximity to the station was never a problem noise wise. A suggestion would be to have some form of awning added to these rooms to provide some shade. There are two swimming pools, neither of them particually large. The nearest to the hotel seems the most popular as that is where most of the daytime activities take place, water sports, water excercise etc. The further pool has a shallow end and is located further from the hotel building. There are plenty of sunbeds but not enough sun shades which makes for interesting viewing at 10 o'clock in the morning. Access to the pools and gardens are limited to between 10 AM and 8 PM. There are gates by the terrace locked outside of those hours to prevent sun bed reserving however the result of this is guests queueing at these gates from before 9AM, some swapping with family so that breakfast does not prevent them being at the front come 10AM and ready for the daily Sun Bed race. We didn't have any problem wandering down after the main rush and finding sunbeds where we wanted. Talking of breakfast, the hotel restaurant was a decent size with plenty of tables, from tables for 2 upto tables for 8. The staff were friendly and helpful. All meals were buffet style and there was plent of choice. Although we could watch someone cooking at one station this was not ”show cooking” rather just certain dishes being cooked in an open area - things like omelettes or fried eggs at breakfast and fish, pork chops and chicken slices at dinner. Some food was difficult to keep hot but most was just about an acceptable temperature. Labelling of dishes was somewhat erratic, for instance a soup described as Kentaki Chicken but was actually an Onion Soup. There are 2 bars, one by the main pool and the other is the Cafeteria (the main entertainment area) open from 2PM onwards. Again very friendly staff in both, and especially in the Cafeteria bar. Entertainment is mixed, some pretty good and others a little iffy. Much depends on what ones expectations are. All-in-All this is a very good value hotel in a good location close to the beach and with excellent transport links close by. The only downside here is the road from the beach/bus stop back to the hotel is up a very steep hill. Outside of the hotel there is a bus stop at the foot of the hill where the L1 bus runs into Fuengirola past the market place (tuesday and saturday) the bus station in the centre and then on to a large shopping centre near to Sohail C

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, die spanische Freundlichkeit durch das Service- und Zimmerpersonal, das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet war einfach tiptop. Wir (2 Zimmer) hatten echt nirgends etwas auszusetzen, selbst der Balkon hatte Meersicht und war echt groß gewesen. Kühlschrank vorhanden. Alles tiptop. Pool war noch nicht aktiv im März. Danke, wir waren echt rundum zufrieden, auch die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage und w-lan völlig unkompliziert.

100% empfehlen diese Bestellung. , so ein grösster Ort zu bleiben. Wir reservierten diese Bestellung für einen Lady-Ferien, wir waren nicht enttäuscht. Wir hatten einen erstaunlichen Meerblick, der perfekt war, die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Der Mann auf der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Große Lage für Lebensmittel und Getränke und der Strand in nur über der Straße. Es gibt auch eine schöne Backwaren neben der Wohnung und ein paar Supermärkte in der Nähe. Es gab alles, was Sie in der Bestellung benötigten, Handtücher waren nicht sehr groß, keine Teehandtücher oder keine komplimentären Teebeutel/ Kaffee, aber es gibt einen kleinen Shop neben der Tür1 In unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen Haartrockner, der in einem Draht im Hauptzimmer gelegt wurde, Die einzigen Spiegel waren in den beiden Badezimmern, vielleicht auch in den Schlafzimmern eine schön. In den kleineren Zimmern war der Plug auf der Wand, wo das Bett bedeutete, Sie mussten sitzen, was jede Ihre Ladung auf Ihrem Bett, Wäscheschrank ist gut und es gibt auch eine Sicherheit zu verwenden.
