Schöne Aufenthalt in diesem 4-Sterne-Hotel hinter der Autobahn A7, aber das ist nicht verstanden, weil alle Zimmer auf dem Meer gedreht sind. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind immer zugänglich und mit vielen Parkplätzen. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Restaurant und Service sind mit thematischen Buffets ausgestattet. Ein großes Pool komplettes mit einem kleinen Pool für Kinder. Der Strand ist direkt von einem sicheren Portal zugänglich. Ein paar Animationen am Tag und einige Abende. Ein schönes Hotel zum Aufenthaltsende, zum Beispiel weniger als 30 Minuten von Marbella und Malaga Flughafen entfernt.

Zwei Bars 1 öffnen während des Tages 10am-2000, spät Bar von Pool 2000-2400. Multi National Gäste z. B. Spanisch UK Scandinavian East European. Hotel auf der 2. Reihe von Strand, 2 Gehminuten sind Sie an der Playa. Rezeption Mitarbeiter sehr hilfreich, multilingue. Wenn Sie ein anständiges Hotel zu einem angemessenen Preis wollen, ist dies für Sie

Schöner Ort. Obwohl die Auswahl zum Abendessen nicht nach meinem Geschmack war, waren sie essbar, aber das Frühstück war es auf jeden Fall wert. Täglich frisch zubereitete Omelettes, warmes Frühstück oder kontinentales Frühstück mit gekühltem Sprudel. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, man kann glauben, was wir für die Halbpension bezahlt haben. Sky Bar auf dem Dach auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert?

Hotel is located close to train and bus station and beach across the road . Overall our stay was very pleasant - rooms need attention - bedside table and dressing table are exactly that - cheap tables with no storage space . Bathroom also lacks storage space . Shampoos soap and toilet paper the cheapest of the cheapest . These small things don’t go unnoticed and all add to overall impression of the hotel . This hotels greatest asset is its staff who are so kind and friendly . Definitely not 4* rating in my view .

Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Die Zimmer besitzen alles, was für einen Urlaub benötigt wird. Der Jachthafen sowie der Strand ist nur 200 Meter entfernt und zur Stadtmitte mit S-Bahnhof und Busverbindungen sind es nur um die 800 Meter. Reichhaltige Verpflegung mit vielen Salaten und Süßigkeiten-Büfett. Auf Sauberkeit wird geachtet. Im Hotel sind mehrere Freizeiteinrichtungen, welche aber von mir nicht benutzt worden sind. Als Parkmöglichkeit bietet das Hotel eine Tiefgarage an, welches allerdings seinen Preis hat. Guter WLAN- Empfang.

Vor einer Woche kam ich von meinem Besuch nach Ona Las Rampas zurück. Ich konnte dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht schuldig machen. Es war sehr sauber, das Personal war so sehr freundlich. Ich habe nur im Restaurant zum Frühstück gegessen und fand, dass die Mitarbeiter so sehr glücklich waren, es war ein ausgezeichnetes Zeichen, dass sie glücklich waren in ihren Jobs. Das Personal war alles erstaunlich, was mein Aufenthalt noch besser machte. Ich genossen mein Frühstück, obwohl ich die gleiche Mahlzeit gewöhnt hatte. Aber es gab eine große Auswahl an Lebensmitteln. Die Lage ist großartig, in der Nähe des Bus- und Bahnhofs. Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants und der Strand. Obwohl es kein Problem für mich war, da ich nur eine Stunde oder so an der Pool sitzen, aber ich konnte sehen, dass es ein Problem wäre, wenn es nicht genug Sonnenbäder und Schatten während der Höhe der Saison gibt. Leider erleben Spanien wegen der Dürre den Pool ein paar Tage vor meiner Abreise geschlossen. Aber ich hätte ihn erst am Ende des Abends benutzt. Es war für mich kein Problem, da ich lieber zum Strand ging. Ausgezeichnetes Hotel und Lage für jemanden, der sich allein verlassen möchte. Ich fühlte mich sehr sicher zu Fuß während der Abende. Außerdem gibt es ein Theater einen sehr kurzen Spaziergang vom Hotel entfernt. Während ich dort war, hatten sie die Show Annie. Die Shows sind alle Englisch sprechen, ich empfehle, sich zu sehen, was dargestellt wird, während Sie dort bleiben. Der Ticket war € 25.00. Ich werde sicherlich wieder zurückkommen, um dieses Hotel zu besuchen.

Stayed at this hotel as we thought the pictures of the pool looked nice on the photos compared to other hotels in Fuengirola. However, the pool area is one of the worst I’ve been too. Not the kind of pool you can relax at. The drinks are extremely over priced at the pool bar. There’s no drinks allowed at the side of the pool either. Usually I like to get a drink n sit with my feet in the pool. But got wrong off the life guard for having my drink too close to the pool. I travel a lot and it’s the first hotel where I’ve ever been told I can’t do this. Really bad atmosphere around the pool and dirty too so we didn’t spend much time around the pool which was a shame as we’re not really beach people. The pool was extremely disappointing, however, what made this hotel even worse was the staff. They were extremely arrogant at the pool bar and also at reception. Firstly at the pool bar we asked for a glass with some ice. OMG you would think we asked to lend some money from the till. Both the woman and especially the man are some of the most arrogant staff I have ever met. Especially after we paid €4.00 for the world’s smallest pint. Also one day I was in reception to enquire about a taxi. I but my glass of water on the counter top where the very rude and arrogant lady told me ‘this is not a bar so take your water off now’. It wouldn’t have bothered me if she asked me politely but the way she spoke to me was just so rude. I wish I had got her name. I don’t know how the hotel can get away with employing people like this. The hotel seemed to have a lot of Spanish staying in the hotel as we never heard any English staying there. I think maybe there is a bad feel towards British people as there’s no customer service what so ever. This is the first time I’ve ever been on holiday and wrote a bad review about the staff. But trust me, if you’re looking for basic customer service you would expect when on holiday, please don’t stay at this hotel.

We visited the same time last year and gave a poor review based on the restaurant, its inability to cope with celiac and its service mainly due to understaffing. We understood it’s an old hotel and requires some work. They asked for us to give it another chance. Ok this time we arrived early as my son collected us from airport, made very welcome by receptionist and went up to the pool bar for lunch with his children,this year there was a total difference in approach from staff, they even managed gluten free toasted sandwich with fry’s cooked in a separate fryer. ( no chance last year) warm friendly service. The hotel does need updating, which I am told will be over 2 winters from January to May. Looking forward to see what the improvements are. The main issue last year was the restaurant, plates not cleared waiting to order drinks and sometimes not turning up without asking, how different the chefs always help full showing which dishes I could eat being celiac and twice they went and made a gluten free version of the dish I could not have, offered desserts from the kitchen as not anything on show really safe. Breakfast last year was ok to be honest, with staff bringing out toast and muffins as a gluten free option. There as plenty of items that fine on the buffet, cornflakes etc. The staff seem far happier and friendly and have time to make the dining experience enjoyable. This year we took our Son and wife with2 young children who live in Fuengirola far a meal in the restaurant, they commented on the food, service and how well they had been looked after. Last year I took them to a local restaurant instead as I could not bring them due to the food and service. We will be back next year same time, after 15 years they are getting married. So I am happy I have a reasonable hotel to base our time in while we are there.
