just now on Google Booked this room for two nights but was only willing to stay one night. * The internet was weak and wouldn't connect to any of our devices. *Greasy hair marks all over the headboard. *Dirty toddlers handprints all over the door. *The toilet seat was falling off *The spray on spackle ceiling is falling apart *Wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling loose. *The room phone is dead. * A soda costs $8 *Despite the high price of the room, breakfast is an additional fee and it's much too expensive. *The traffic on the highway that merges with 81 was so LOUD Conclusion: The room was not worth the high price. I can NOT recommend this disappointing hotel

Stayed here while having a meeting in the area… Checking in was very professional and on-point! The property isn’t too bad, but one elevator was out of service while I was there. Bed was comfy, room was relatively clean and decent, but needs to be refurbished. Overall, it was a decent stay… I’d return.

The hotel is located in a very nice area. No pets so the facility is really clean. Navy blue patterned carpet is in the hallways. The room was lovely with navy blue and grey carpet. The room was quiet. The cafe is a typical Courtyard Cafe. The food was good but staying in several Courtyards is gets old. The breakfast French toast was delicious.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights while visiting family around the Winchester area. Checked in late one evening and the over night girl was very friendly. The hotel accommodated my room location preferences. The guest room itself has been update to reflect the latest Courtyard designs however the bathroom felt very outdated. The ceiling appears to have water damage and is cracking in places and the shower was temperamental. Overall the room was very clean. The fitness center air conditioning as not working making for an uncomfortable experience and a foul odor which made me use the fitness center once before electing to go to Planet Fitness. The pool was very nice size and the kids really enjoyed it. It was one of the bigger indoor pools in the area for Marriott hotels.

Stayed for 4 nights while at the Airshow in Martinsburg, bed was very comfortable, staff nice and friendly. We were on the 3rd floor facing the highway and could occasionally hear loud automobiles but it wasn't a problem. Room was clean, would stay there again.

On Sunday July 09, i arrived at this hotel. It was hot and i went to the pool for a refreshing swim. Very soon i found the chlorine was very high and i felt uncomfortable and left. I advised the front desk and the attendant stated it has been that way all day. You could smell the fumes in the lobby. I was nauseous most of the night. The next morning i checked the pool area nad found the fumes and smell gone. I spoke to the general manager Jose Herrera about this and asked for some points for my account, due to the issue. He stated his maintence guy checked the levels today and found them okay. I told him again about my situation and he stated again his guy found the levels okay. The hotel it self is very good and is a 4.5. The general manager gets a 1. I think he needs more training in dealing with guest issues.

We stayed here during the 9 year state baseball tournament, we wanted a hotel a little farther away then all the kids were staying. Great location, safe parking and near restaurant’s and a Walmart. Restaurant was open so we ordered food to go to our room. Room pluses - mini fridge microwave large flat screen TV and an awesome AC. Cons - coffee pot needs updating and bathroom could use a little updating. Please move smoking area away from entrance. This hotel was great for our needs, would stay again

Nice-looking property. Comfortable bed. Nice layout. Generally quiet except when loud vehicles accelerate on the nearby highway—or as other reviewers have mentioned, drag race. And ambulances. Pretty clean and in good shape. Though the curtains in our room seemed off their rod a bit. The staff seemed ok, though it seemed the fact I booked directly with their app meant nothing. In fact, I’m surprised they didn’t give us a better room on the backside of the hotel, away from some of traffic noise. Most hotels punish people for using Hotwire and such. We went to a late dinner and were surprised when we couldn’t get in the side door, even with our key. It was as if the door had been deadbolted! Very strange. Our first Marriott property on a 10-night road trip. Kinda surprised it wasn’t the best.

From first to last, a terrible place. Started with failing to follow Marriott greeting protocols (elite status, explaining no food service on Sundays, mobile key, etc.), then a room not serviced by housekeeping, a bath tub that’s a slip/fall hazard, no hand soap, pitted bathroom fixtures, tile grout stained with mound, and breakfast without condiments. This facility needs attention from management (watch front desk staff playing games on their mobile phones) to room renovation.
