I was visiting family locally and decided on this location since it's reasonably priced and easy to access. I'm happy I made the right choice for the 3 days I stayed. The service from check-in to check-out was probably one of the best I have had in a very long time. The general manager was very attentive and ensured that the accommodations were to my liking. I was treated with nothing less than professionalism from all staff levels. The room was tidy, well-arranged, and cozy. I slept without any disturbance. The ongoing renovations were imperceptible. The breakfast was made fresh every morning, with typical breakfast fare of fruits, bagels, fresh waffles, eggs, bacon, etc. The lobby area was clean and modern. This location exceeds expectations in service and customer commitment. I will definitely return.

This place was great for the price. Although the website states carry out breakfast they did not have it. All they had was a hooters. And we had to go get more towels because apparently the common thing is to only have 2 towels in a room now, no matter how many people are in it. Every choice hotel we have been to on this trip it has been that way and over half the time they say they don't have any more towels. So frustrating.

I came on a business holiday here and these are my humble thoughts. I must start with staff and hospitality. I was checked in and checked out by Chrystal. She was kind, helpful and very well spoken. The manager - Jasbir was actually a very informative person. He took care of any extra concerns with my stay and always helped with business enquiries. So I'm sending a shout-out to the staff members especially Chrystal, Sheri, Jasbir and Juan The hotel itself was wonderful it was quiet, the rooms were clean and I was given dishware and cookware for the kitchenette in my room. The room service staff clean the rooms well which was awesome. The area itself feels safe since it's in an industrial area. And I got a GREAT rate for my long term stay of over 1 month. Nevertheless, it's fair to say that I will actually be interested in staying here again. It's affordable and a lot of value for money. There is free breakfast, toiletries and kitchen amenities; YES! I've seen a lot of families come to the hotel because they moving, seen a lot of essential workers like construction workers and it overall is a friendly area with lots of friendly people. The only bad thing is that the halls sometimes smell of **** or animal urine. I was told that the smokers do smoke **** sometimes and we can't really control what people smoke outside the premises. The hotel is a smoke free one, but pets are allowed. I think some guests let their pets do whatever they want for some reason. But then it's expected that some people are going to be inconsiderate. Übernachtet. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. WLAN funktionierte gut. Es gibt viele kostenlose Parkplätze draußen. Es gibt ein Restaurant neben dem Hotel, aber ich habe nicht besucht. Gezahltes Frühstück wurde angeboten und es war gut. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel zeigt ein bisschen seines Alters und wird viel besser aussehen, wenn sie die Teppiche insbesondere in den Hallen entfernen. Ich würde wieder bleiben.

Hotel is very good. Location is very good too. Breakfast is decent the breakfast area is clean and good. Though can have more options for vegetarians and also can offer foods which are less sugary and more healthier options/suggestions like plain yogurt, plain cereal, sour dough bread,some fresh Tomatoes,cucumbers green leafs . The staff is extremely helpful Aaron the GM is a wonderful person , have to mention Tara , Belis at the breakfast area. Ian the house keeping manager and Ivan , and the ladies at the reception Nellie ,Ashley, and Lesley all are very courteous welcoming. made our stay very pleasant.l surely come here again.

Booked and paid through my choice membership a week in advance. On the day of checkin called the front desk for two hours early checkin, as demanded by front desk (a male person) I agree to pay $40 extra for early checkin. Drove for 90 minutes to reach hotel, waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. The front desk lady (an Indian lady) started attending phone calls and took like 20mins to attend & talk to us. The Indian lady (attached her photo) at the front desk is completely disrespectful & rude. She told Hotel will allow checkin only after 3:00 PM, inspite of showing her the call history and earlier discussion over the phone, she bluntly denied anyone calling the front desk or any male person answering the calls. Inspite of agreeing for extra charge & earlier discussion, We requested to allow two early checkin as we are already in the city/hotel, but the lady was VERY unprofessional, rudely denied the checkin & gave free suggestion to go around the city until 3:00 PM. ARE YOU SERIOUS...!! As we already paid, we went out & came back at 3:00 PM. Now male front desk guy (can be seen in picture took 45 minutes to checkin. Even he was rude to us & other guests. Posting the pictures and videos of the person talking to the guests. He open the room with his master key & two hours late gave us the key as the lock system was not working. Rooms Don't, and I mean DONT book here. Nothing works! The disgusting smell in the rooms and hallway. The elevator is broken, our room lock was broken off, the shower wouldn’t turn on, the power outlets on either bedside table lamps didn’t worked. All the outlets in the room were broken or loose, charges fell right out when you plugged them in. Room service Will not get room service while you're staying at the hotel, no fresh towels, no cleaning, no bedsheets change during your extra days stay. No breakfast on offer. there was no continental breakfast. No coffee or anything in the Lobby. Staff is rude and intrusive. They knock on our door an hour before check out and reminded checkout time to make sure we check by 11:00 AM. I wouldn’t expect this from a hotel which claims as a 3-star hotel and charge $90 per night. I wouldn't recommend staying there for any type of event, for family vacation or business. If I could give a ZERO rating I would. Horrible staff, VERY unprofessional.

Meine Familie blieb hier eine Nacht für ein Reisespiel. Wir waren noch nie in einer Springhill Suites geblieben, so dass wir nicht sicher waren, was zu erwarten. Wir waren angenehmen überrascht von der Größe der Zimmer - 2 Queen-Bett und Wohnbereich mit Desk und Sofa. Großes Kleidschrank und schönes Badezimmer. Mini Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war auch besser als erwartet – machen Ihre eigenen Waffeln, geschrotet Eier und Truthühner Sauce, eine Auswahl an Getreide und Joghurt, Obst, Bagel und Muffins. Alles für günstiger als andere Hotels in der Umgebung! Zimmer waren sauber und Lounge-Area vor mir, wo man Frühstück konnte, war hell und glücklich. Sicherlich werden wir nächstes Mal wieder hier bleiben, wenn wir in der Stadt für ein Fußballspiel sind.

Das Hotel war sehr freundlich und persönlich, aber das Hotel war gross. Sehr schmutziges Zimmer;Kleider und Schrauben, Blut auf der Badezimmertür, Kleider auf Wänden und Decken, Möbel mit Löchern/Kleidern, Kühlschrank mit fehlenden Teilen, schmutzige Gerichte in Geschirrspüler, gebrochenes Haartrockner, Der Vordertafel wurde sofort angerufen und schickte eine Person, die die Tür mit einem nassen Napkin auswischen. Es war Blut!!! Schmutz Napkins, Taschentücher auf dem Boden, Süßigkeiten in den Teppich gebrochen. Der Hausaufsichtsbeamte wurde in der Bedingung gefallen. Das Frühstück war nie fertig, und es war auch nicht der Kaffee, so dass wir nicht die Vorteile eines kostenlosen Frühstücks am Morgen nutzen konnten. Kinder laufen um das Hotel und schlagen auf Türen, werfen Müll in die Aufzüge, und nichts wurde getan, um sie zu stoppen. Wir riefen und beschwerten uns, weil es klingt, als würden sie uns die ganze Zeit bowlen. Sie hätten die Sicherheit oder die Polizei angerufen haben sollen. Viele Leute in unserer Gruppe haben gerufen, sich zu beschweren. Wir konnten nicht schlafen. Und um es zu überwinden, ging ein Feueralarm aus und wir mussten Montagmorgen evakuieren. 1,300 für drei Nächte zu bezahlen war ein Witz. Marriott sollte sich von diesem Grundstück beschämen.

Es gibt einen Waschraum, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, der Rezeptionservice ist auch sehr gut, das Langzeitlebnis ist sehr bequem
