Very impressive, the little touches here make the big difference. Nightlight in bathroom, fingertip towel folded like a flower. All other towels folder very professional. Somebody cares!!!! Breakfast was equally great. All the food was displayed with care. It was very clean and we had a large assortment of delicious food. The only little disappointment was that the manager on duty was continually on the phone. We hope it was business related and not private! Still this hotel deserves a 5 out of 5.

Had a problem yesterday. I spent 2 nights here and booked a third for yesterday thru CLC lodging but some how it booked 2 rooms. 5 hours after booking I went to check in. I told receptionist and manager I don’t not need two rooms. I am by myself, but manager said I have to pay for two rooms. I asked her how outrageous that sounds like evidently clearly there was a glitch issue, but she insisted for me to pay for a second room. They said they need at least 48 hour notice when I do the math it was five hours. Needless to say, I left without checking in I will not return and I am failing this hotel. I can’t believe they act like this is a Third World country I also put a complaint in with Hilton honors.

Breakfast is subpar compared to competitors. I have stayed here many times and for pricing it's not worth staying here anymore. Had to clean my own table for breakfast and food wasn't refilled. Bfast man wore same gloves to stock food, play on his phone. Room wasn't clean

I'm not an uptight clean-freak, but every space in this hotel was dirty: the walls, the floor boards, the elevator walls, the elevator doors. The halls had wall paper coming off and piles of tile sitting in the hall. I knew I wasn't just being uptight when a stranger entered the elevator and started talking about how dirty the place was. Breakfast was okay, if you stuck to the bread. There was fresh fruit, which was exciting, but it looked like it had been around for awhile. My partner's room had a plastic bag over his fire alarm. He let the front desk know and they...left it there. We asked them about it in the morning and they let us know it was because they needed to defog the room. We reminded them that the bag also keeps the fire alarm from going off. It wasn't connecting. The cable tv didn't work. We moved to a different hotel.

Traveler beware! Believe the bad reviews. This location is very shady. They tried to scam us out of over $200. We booked through ********** months ahead of time. When we arrived we were told that our reservation had been cancelled. We had not cancelled. ********** confirmed they did not cancel. The hotel was “nice” enough to give us a room for the night but would not discuss the rate. When we checked out we were not given a receipt. We were told they do not print them and one would be emailed. It never arrived. Checking our credit card bill we were charged a higher rate for the room PLUS a $200 fee for late cancellation! A couple of weeks of calling the hotel and Hilton and I’m still trying to get our money back. When you call the hotel, the manager either puts you on eternal hold or promises to call you back and never does. SCAMMERS! As for the hotel itself, it’s one of the dingier Hampton Inn’s that I have stayed in. The carpets in the room were gross – bring flip-flops. Staff are rude and unhelpful. There is no cleaning service so don’t throw your towels on the floor and expect them to be replenished (thankfully we kept one clean one). I also felt unsafe parking my car in the handicap spaces since the staff does not police the partying on the patio and a group of kids were allowed to hit golf balls with wiffle ball bats at 10 at night directly in front of the handicap spaces! Breakfast was included but they were out of a lot of things. All in all a horrible experience. BEWARE!

We had no power when we woke up. We had a funeral to attend. Also breakfast was cold. I know it wasn't their fault but they could have done something for us because of not having power. Also their battery backup was running low. After an hour the stairwells where dark. Not very safe.

The food was terrible. I would never try the eggs or the sausages. The only good item was the make-your-own waffles which probably had lots of calories and fat inside. The rooms are tiny and the beds are small. The couch had stains on it and the ground had stains too. The bathroom smelled terrible the first day we spent which wasn't our fault. The only reason I would stay here would be to enjoy the nice areas around like mini golf and diamond nation fields. This hotel was terrible.

How this hotel operates as a Hilton property is beyond me. We came during rainy weather and the A/C unit smelled of mold and was filled with debris. We called maintenance and they agreed it needed a thorough cleaning and told us he’d have the front desk get us another room. Because of a baseball tournament they were ‘sold out’ and told us that when it rains that’s how the units are. Breakfast was not clean, pool area not clean. Spiders in the room on the ceiling. NEVER EVER EVER stay here.
