Arrived very early morning after flight delays and things were OK. Checked in and given a handicap room; recommended by front desk at that time to come down first thing the next morning to try and adjust. Went to front desk this morning; 2 ladies - both extremely callous and candidly flippant. Sorry - we are sold out, no changes at all. For a facility of this nature, at this cost - completely unacceptable customer service, disappointing approach to a Hilton Diamond member. ZERO consideration or even looking at a computer. I will NEVER stay here again and will definitely recommend others against it. Excellent location, front desk quite rude, unskilled and lack of customer service in anyway. Again - I am a Hilton Diamond member for the last 7 years and was not even recognized for my status upon check-in, etc. Totally horrible.
