Frankenmuth Motel

Made reservations via phone for a king room. Easy peasy, great Veteran rate. Arrived a couple of hours early and we were still able to check in. Super nice lady at the counter, took great care of us. We were trailering a Can Am Spyder, she gave us a location to park, suv and trailer were able to be parked still attached. Room was very clean and nice. Bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was outstanding. Small things make a difference, any they are good at the small stuff. Our checkout was next morning, but we wanted to do some more ryding. No problem, we could leave our stuff as long as we wanted. Just a super nice place, great staff, great rate. And a little bit retro in appearance. We’ll be back.

The staff was friendly in this cute, little German motel. The rooms were updated and clean with very comfy beds. We had a lovely stay. The only thing I’ll say is the breakfast area could use some updating and maybe a few more continental choices.

A classic motel done in spectacular fashion. There are a lot of rooms here. My room was fantastic. It was super clean and brilliantly bright. I suspect it has been freshly painted in the last year. The bed was very comfy with plenty of blankets. I enjoyed the art in the rooms and appreciate the decent size fridge and the microwave. The furniture was all nice. I like the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower, a good idea. Also I'm over 6ft tall and the showerhead is actually high enough for me! Not a coffee drinker, but there's a machine with a couple of refills and plenty of cups. The blackout curtains worked well. The sound levels were excellent, I only occasionally heard noises, and that was all outside. I really like how the motel is within walking distance of downtown and it's a pleasant walk. The staff was very pleasant and stated if I needed anything to just ask. Overall I love this motel! An easy 5 star Motel. Would I return,? Absolutely, this is my hotel of choice for Frankenmuth.

What a wonderful place to stay! Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. It is located very close to all of the popular shopping locations. Price was quite reasonable too! But where this motel really gives you the wow factor is with their staff. Front check in desk lady was so friendly and helpful - I loved seeing your northern lights photos in the morning when we came in for the complimentary breakfast the next day. That kind of friendly chat really made us feel like we were staying with friends! My travel companion accidentally left behind her apple watch in the room. But let me tell you that watch was returned and the motel even called us right away when we were trying to track down where she had lost it. It was so nice to get such a quick call back from the motel during our search. It eased our minds so quickly! What fantastic and helpful customer service from everyone!! Stay at this hotel! We have nothing but great things to say about the Frankenmuth Motel and everyone who works there! We will visit again!

A lovely overnight stay at an affordable rate. A large room that had just the right amount of useful furniture. The room was very clean and neat. It is a good location for visiting this lovely town - close to downtown shopping area but without the traffic and noise. Also, it is within walking distance of Bronner’s. Has all the amenities needed: refrigerator, microwave and ice machine.

Very nice motel . Very clean , easy to check in and check out . Staff very nice and pleasant . Close to town , walking distance to most evening , short drive to world’s largest Christmas store . Very affordable ! Parking out front of room . Would stay again if in the area !

Great accommodations and wonderful stay. Super comfy bed. Wonderful area to visit. Easy check in and good continental breakfast. Great location with plenty of things to do. Wonderful architectural buildings emphasizing the German heritage.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Nice and quiet. We wish we could have stayed longer. The room was super clean! Had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Staff was so friendly. Continental breakfast wasn't fabulous but it was good. Great coffee! Definitely recommend.

Have not been here for a long time, but once again, it did not disappoint. If you are looking for a clean and quiet place to rest after a day in Frankenmuth, this is the place to stay. There is nothing fancy about it, like the cookie cutter hotels, but the rooms are a nice size and the rooms were very clean. It was very quiet at night and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. They have a very light continental breakfast with toast, yogurt, muffins and juice. Only a few table inside the lobby, but there are picnic tables outside as well. Walking distance to Bronners and Michigan Heroes Museum is next door. It was not open when we were there, but it looks like a great place to visit. If you like to walk, very close to the River Place shops. There is no where else we will stay when we stay in Frankenmuth. A really cute little place to stay with great pricing.
