location is amazing, city center and near alot of malls and they are very ons about sustainability. however, there are a few things we can improve to make the experience better. 1. staff standing at the door was not proactive helping with the luggage despite making eye contact and seeing us carrying many baggages on hand. 2. shower room was almost clear ? i could totally see people showering (very translucent) very inconvenient for non-couples staying together. 3. despite asking for a non-smoking room and level, we could still smell cigarettes in the bathroom. 4. it could be better if they install a small platform in the shower room to put our own facial cleansing foam etc

Essen zum Mitnehmen kann nur an die Tür geliefert werden. Als ich am ersten Tag eincheckte Abendessen, aber als ich nach unten ging, sah ich, dass es dunkel war. Wenn nicht viele Kunden da sind, kann ich einfach nicht essen. Hotelservice: Über den Service gibt es wirklich nichts zu sagen. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat eine sehr gute Einstellung und die Reaktion des Kundenservice ist zeitgemäß. Hotelausstattung: Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist wirklich schwach, es gefällt mir nicht. Die Dekoration ist auch dunkel und altmodisch, und sie ist möglicherweise alt. Die Ränder der Badewanne blättern ab und die Toilettenartikel im 5 -Sterne-Hotels sind zu billig. Mit Asche bedeckte Plastikhüllen enthalten grob verpackte Vorräte. Die Toilette und der Duschraum sind vom Trocken- und Nassbereich getrennt, aber der Raum ist so klein, dass ich mich nicht einmal umdrehen kann. Der Fernseher projiziert den Bildschirm nicht und die Tür zum Zimmer funktioniert nicht Mit einer Hand mein Gepäck halten und mit der anderen die Tür aufhalten. Die Klimaanlage ist stark, aber ich habe immer das Gefühl, dass der Raum sehr feucht ist, sobald ich eintrete. Nicht den ganzen Tag trocknen. Dann reden wir über das Frühstück. Das Zimmer mit Frühstück ist auf Ctrip 185 teurer als das Zimmer ohne Frühstück Kostet nur 75 und das Doppelfrühstück kostet 150. Es ist wirklich ein Betrug. Die Frühstücksprodukte sind sehr gut und reichhaltig, und der Service ist auch sehr gut. Insgesamt ist es durchschnittlich und nicht so gut wie die Marke Hilton.

Nach ein paar Jahren zum zweiten Mal hier übernachten Die Rezeption sah, dass ich die Initiative ergriffen habe, mit meinen Kindern ein Upgrade auf eine Suite durchzuführen. Das Zimmer war sauber und hygienisch, der Balkon war groß und die Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit. Als der Kellner den Laden verließ, stellte er fest, dass das Badetuch zurückgelassen worden war und rief uns sofort an.

Bestes Hotel in Nanhai District. Perfekte Lage. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und Frühstücksverteilung ist zu gut. Besondere Erwähnung für Victoria, Gästebeziehungen Manager, der wirklich Schmerzen genommen hat, um unseren Aufenthalt zu erinnern

We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Nan Hai hotel during our recent family vacation. The hotel was incredibly well-suited for families - the rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of space for our family of four. Thank you Alice, the hotel manager, she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful transfer and accommodating our needs promptly. The hotel's breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious hot and cold options to fuel us up for our busy days. The kids loved the made-to-order porridge and the selection of fresh pastries. We also enjoyed spending time at the hotel's large, well-maintained kids and standard swimming pool. The kids had a blast splashing around and burning off energy, while we parents were able to relax poolside. The adjoining kids' playroom was an added bonus, providing a fun indoor space for the little ones to play. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent home base for our trip. The combination of comfortable accommodations, attentive service, family-focused amenities like the breakfast and pool, and the kids' playroom made this hotel a perfect choice for our family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for an stress-free, enjoyable vacation experience. It is very nearby Chimelong theme park as well.

Breakfast could do with a little effort but such an amazing place to stay sauna steam room yoga room etc

Though this property is old, they have made an effort to upgrade the rooms and provide a comfortable and welcoming experience. I had some issues a few years back with this property and had to check out ahead of time but there is a distinct improvement in staff training, room presentation and cleanliness and the buffet is now impressive. They do cater for a lot of HK tour groups and conference groups which means it is very busy at meal times, but the food offered at the restaurant now is quite good and there’s a large variety to choose from. Check in and service from the Front desk staff has improved and everyone was super helpful and welcoming this time. Earlier visits a year after covid wasn’t so easy and it was obvious that staff were not used to dealing with foreigners- but this seems to have been addressed and staff were professional, efficient and very helpful when needed. Well done Crowne team Foshan!

Very clean and the room was exactly as advertised. Breakfast and buffet dinner had both a decent selection of food corresponding with the price. The staff was nice. The area itself doesn't offer much entertainment but it's not too far from more lively places. The service wasn't 5* tho(no bartender in the lobby bar, food at the buffets either took ages to be refilled or it wasn't refilled at all unless you asked for it). Overall not bad, a decent place to stay.

Zum ersten Mal war es ein hochwertiges Hotel, ein fünf-Sterne-Hotel mit drei Wassern, der Verkehr bequem, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, die Umgebung elegant, ruhig, sauber und gesund, und ich habe auch ein kleines Essen geschickt, wirklich sehr intim, am 10. August übernachtet eine Nacht, an diesem Tag um etwa 2 Uhr ankommen, Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass ich so glücklich war, dass ich gerade das Hongkong Football-Sterne-Team zum Hotel kam und dass ich glücklich war, dass ich meine Lieblings Künstler-Sänger-Stern Ha abgebildet habe. Ich bin sehr glücklich 😁

Rein und komfortabel Zimmer, beste 180 Grad Seeblick, sehr angenehm zu bleiben, ursprünglich, wir reservierten 2 Nacht, wegen der Seeblick und der Nachtlichteffekte um das Hotel, wir blieben zwei weitere Nacht, Johnny, Null von der Desk waren gut Helfer, Jane war nett und tat eine gute Arbeit. definitiv empfehlen dieses Hotel, es ist es wert auf diesem 5-Sterne-Hotel.
