Nice room and location, very nice beach views. Good buffet breakfast as well. Against: very slow elevators. However, the staff is not very knowledgeable. I needed to extend one night because my continuation flight was 4:30 AM ... I booked that in the web site, pre-paid tariff as it was my stay. The day before departing asked the reception desk to extend my key, as they confirmed that I will get the same room, so I don't need to do it on the same last day in a hurry before the check-out, as I was too busy in a conference. They did. However they did it wrong. So when I returned from my conference, using the terribly slow elevators, went to my room (in the last floor, 21st), and then the key was not working, so again down to the reception, wait for them to finish with other customers, etc., So I lost 1 hour among both days to get my key working. They should compensate customers for their errors and ensure that the failed staff get some kind of penalty for not doing correctly their job at once.

Als Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern waren wir angekommen um 2 bestellte Doppelzimmer zu beziehen. Außer der sofortigen Bezahlung beider Zimmer für 7 Tage, die wie auch durchführen mit Kreditkarte, wurde noch eine Sperrung der Kreditkarte für zukünftigen Konsum im Hotel von ca. 150 € pro Zimmer verlangt. Eine 2. Kreditkarte mit dem nötigen Kreditrahmen hatte ich bei Verwandten im Safe gelassen und bot an diese innerhalb einer Stunde zu holen. Das wurde von einer sehr unfreundlichen Dame namens Camilla verweigert, sie bot nur an, das Geld nach Einbehalten des Tagespreises beider Zimmer zurückzuzahlen. Meine Tochter war nach ca. 30 Std. Reise todmüde und wollte nur ins Bett. Nur durch weitere Kreditkarten der Tochter konnte diese Kaution vorgenommen werden. Bei Eintreffen in den Zimmern waren noch mehrere technische Mängel ( Tür schloss nicht, air condition überflutete das Zimmer) beklagbar, die teilweise in den folgenden Stunden behoben wurden.

Estadia maravilhosa... minha esposa não queria mais ir embora. Apesar de o hotel não ser à beira mar, fica localizado a poucos minutos da orla. O mercado Pão de açúcar fica a cerca de 50 metros do hotel. Quando chegamos, fomos surpreendidos com um upgrade de quarto. Ficamos hospedados em uma suíte com vista para piscina, no último andar, com ducha e cama king size. Durante momentos de relaxamento na piscina, nos foi servido uma bandeja de frutas (cortesia). Todos os funcionários nos trataram muito bem. A academia 24 horas com aparelhos de qualidade é um forte ponto positivo. Café da manhã excelente, com alimentos frescos e opção de tapiocas feitas na hora. Percebe-se o quão a gestão é detalhista. Recomendaria o hotel a um amigo.

Ar condicionado sofrível, só ventila! Pedi pra checar o problema e o Sr Araújo ( manutenção ) constatou o problema ( 07/02 - Apto 127 ) me disse que ia verificar, porém depois de 20 minutos sem retorno liguei na recepção para relatar o ocorrido além do vazamento do box no banheiro... que molhou muito o piso fora do box. Obs: se eu não ligasse novamente não teria retorno, impressão é que tentam te vencer pelo cansaço. Enfim... me trocaram de quarto ... para o 133... mesma situação ... ar condicionado central não funciona... só ventila e faz barulho. Quartos com cheiro de mofo.. umidade. É uma pena, preste atenção pra não se decepcionar... considere outras opções na mesma região. Eu e mais 2 colegas em quartos diferentes (nr 123 ) com o mesmo problema com o ar. É sabido e de conhecimento do hotel este problema... pois eles já deixam um cartão magnético de energia inserido direto nos quartos. Pq? Porque não gastam energia com o ar condicionado... só funciona ventilação. Meus colegas já haviam me alertado anteriormente... paguei pra ver! Dancei! Quer pagar? Decida !! Hotel antigo... só a localização é boa!

50 m vom Strand entfernt, sehr warm, das Hotel ist sehr klein und der Pool ist sehr klein. Der einzige Bequemlichkeit ist, dass das Hotel reicher ist, am Strand nahezu nachts zu leben, aber ruhig ist.

Localização perfeita para quem vai pra algum evento no Centro de Eventos do Ceará. Fica a 15 minutos da rodoviária, e tipo 3 minutos do Centro de Eventos, além de pertíssimo do Iguatemi. Quarto confortável (fiquei num quarto casal executivo), com boa limpeza e roupa de cama de qualidade. TV a cabo, wifi, ar-condicionado ok. Minha ressalva é em relação ao tamanho do box do banheiro. Vi vários comentários de gente que já se hospedou lá, mas paguei pra ver com meus olhos, rs. O box é MINÚSCULO! Não tenho problema com espaços pequenos, mas aquele box me deu claustrofobia. E a água do chuveiro cai toda espalhada, então era inviável tomar banho com o box aberto. Tomei banho às pressas pra sair de lá. Tenho 1,57 de altura e 60 kg, então se você for uma pessoa grande, vai ter uma experiência pior ainda. Pedi jantar pra comer no quarto e levou mais de 1h pra chegar porque o funcionário da cozinha estava em horário de repouso, mesmo sendo 19h. Mas ok. Tirando isso, foi uma experiência muito positiva. Café da manhã farto e variado, funcionários prestativos, prédio moderno.

Obwohl es ein gutes Hotel war, gab es einige Probleme in meiner Unterkunft. Am Tag der Reinigung des Zimmers, ich bekam eine schmutzige Make-up-Towel, wahrscheinlich eine Farb-Make-up. Und das war sehr unbehaglich. Sie könnten auch mehr Mahlzeiten in dem Frühstück ohne Gluten und ohne Tiermilch haben. Und der Haartrockner ist auch sehr schlecht. Sie könnten verbessern. Inzwischen ist es ein Hotel mit hervorragender Lage, Leistungsbedienstete und eine gute allgemeine Struktur.
