The resort was clean and well laid out. We arrived prior to check in and were able to check our bags near the front desk of the hotel. The ****** is also clean and well laid out. Bottles of water are free, which is nice. We went to check in at 3 to be told our room wasn't ready and I would receive a text. We went to Bellagio for lunch. I ordered iced tea (which is clearly on the menu) and the staff told us they've never served iced tea. We waited for an hour and checked again and were told our room had been ready for some time. No text was ever received and no apology for our inconvenience was given. The hotel room is nice and clean, but the bathroom layout is strange. There are no towel bars to hang hand towels next to the sink. There is one towel bar on the shower door for bath towels. Also, the shower is 3 sides frosted glass but no shelf to put a razor or personal items. There is a strange, sheer curtain to close if someone is in the sink area which does absolutely nothing for the person sleeping in the bedroom. Our maid banged on the door and rang the doorbell a little before 9am to ask if we wanted our room cleaned. We were only staying 2 nights and didn't need service, but she kept looking over my shoulder at my husband who was in the frosted shower. On check out day, she was again at our door way before we were ready to check out (which is at 11). She loudly stated it was check out day and wanted to know when we were leaving. As check out is on the TV, she should be notified when we have checked out. All restaurants were good but very pricey. Staff we encountered in the ****** were the same unfriendly mask we met at the front desk. We are glad we went but we wouldn't go back.
