I had a terrible experience! I arrived at my check inn very late, tired from a long flight, and my husband and I went straight to rest. On the other day we got up very early at 5:30 am to go to Armi's graduation and when we returned to the hotel we realized that everything is super dirty and not in accordance with that there were some dead black bugs in the bathroom. The night we arrived and upon entering we only noticed that there were some black bugs walking in the hallway and the carpet was very dirty. But we were so tired that we didn't pay attention to it. The next day, when we also wanted to shower to go to the events, the water in the shower was not running, so we showered over stagnant water. Upon returning we made the receptionist see the situation with photos and videos and explaining that it was not possible to live there in such a dirty place with bugs. We needed to cancel the second and last night to find a better place. To whom I do not point out, they can leave and when the manager arrives he will contact them and, most likely, due to the conditions, he will make the refund. that to this day we are waiting for. abusive in their policies and conditions, dirty, zero concern for the health and safety of their passengers. I will see how I can get my refund for something that I did not use since you did not provide the minimum sanitary measures.

The location and room were great. There is even a full size refrigerator in the room. The only critism was that the women who worked there were highly dressed. Our credit card company stopped a charge to a fancy women's clothing company that we didn't make. Was our credit card number stolen by one of these employees? Too coincidental. Room was great. Employees were friendly. But watch any charges to your credit card.

Best hotel for the price in all of Lawton, OK. Friendly staff, clean comfortable bed and the shower had the strongest pressure I have ever had in a hotel. Even the towels were soft. Independent hotel... no big chain and it felt like the staff cared. The breakfast had real food. Great sausage, biscuits...yum and waffles. Keep up the great hospitality. Chris

The rooms we had were clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was also very pet friendly. They were also able to accommodate our needs which gave us a peace of mind. We were stressed with our impending move that having a place to sleep as we cleared our home helped a whole lot.

The staff is very professional and courteous. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and blankets were fluffy. We were treated like family and welcomed with smiles. It felt like being in a five star hotel without the price.
