Homewood Suites by Hilton Lawton

Renee and Daniel made everything easy checking in to the hotel! They were very pleasant and patient!! Thank you to Melissa as well for cleaning my room! The whole staff as a whole were great. Everyone greeted me with a smile and warm welcome. They were all amazing! Thank you for a great experience!

Each morning at breakfast, Tierra was waiting with a smile and kind word. She noticed my wife with an oatmeal and proactively whispered would you like blueberries? Of course!! The next morning what was sitting by the oatmeal? Blueberries. Thank you Tierra. Our experience couldn't have been better.

The room had a full kitchen including dinnerware, silverware, cups, and glasses; everything needed for a home-away-from-home stay. The Wednesday evening beer, crackers, cheese, etc. by Ruth was very tasty. Ruth was very friendly and hospitable.

Excellent service, good breakfast, great rooms. 5 day trip it was a great place to stay. Next to many food facilities and Harley Davidson dealership. Great place to stop if you are traveling on a motorcycle. Lots of parking nice pool and meeting room.

Place is so awesome. The breakfast as tasty and so good. I love breakfast girl Ruth so friendly. She even cook something we requested she is so awesome. Our 4th July was so awesome. Hard working lady. So friendly and clean dinning room. She loves checking on her guests

The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was OK and Wed. Social good. Location was ok as well. Only draw back was trying to communicate with housekeeping. Was trying to get shower gel refilled but housekeeper spoke zero English. She was trying to use a translation on her phone so never got my shower gel.

I am a Hilton Honors member and a former Diamond Status, this hotel is in desperate need of a remodel and improved housekeeping. The chairs in the room kitchen area have the vinyl peeling off of them, the built in microwave does not work so they placed a portable one on the kitchen table, the windows are so stained you cannot see out of them. The tables in the room and the dinning room have food/something not cleaned off of them. The sink in our bathroom only gives a very small stream of water. One good thing is the bath towels were thick and very good. I am not impressed with this property. I will say I have stayed in older Hilton properties that were well maintained and had no issue with them.

If I could give this property a zero rating, I would. Every surface was sticky with something. There was soap that had leaked all over the bathroom counter that wasn’t just from the day of our visit or even that week, as you could hardly remove it. I kept Clorox wipes with me and started wiping things down. The carpet was so dirty it looked like nobody had vacuumed it. Every upholstered surface was stained, dirty, and worn threadbare. The telephones didn’t work for us to call down to move rooms, and when we went down to tell them there was blood and makeup on the sheets and to ask if we could switch rooms, they gave us “clean” sheets that didn’t fit the bed that looked and smelled like there was feces on them. Mildew in the bathroom, stuff on every wall, exposed wires, I could go on and on!!!

The room was horrible. Every upholstered surface was stained, dirty and worn threadbare. I asked to be moved and was told all the rooms were in the same condition. I discovered the toilet was broken and maintenance was sent for repair. The maintenance man said the toilet as broken beyond repair and I was moved to another room in the same condition, but it had a working toilet. Absolutely the worst Hilton property and one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor and book a different property.
